Name: Naraku Bei Fong
Country Affiliation: Wanderer
Race: Fenalis
Tier: Novice/D
Class: Warrior
Age + Birthdate: 21 (3/12)
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Personality: Some would say that Naraku is one with multiple personalities as his mind has progressed so much every since becoming a Warrior. When he first started out being on his journey, Naraku often liked to go outside during the seasons change of the sand and play around like the little kid he was. However that changed as after his mother had died he started to focus more on his self. He had became distant from the other citizens failing to cooperate with anyone which made him quite unfit to be a soldier of Kou.
He has seen many people live as well as die from his time in the world. Most beings are fleeting things his mind had become attached to the phase that humans never were able to evolve further if they were left as mere people who believed in "Hope" and "Happiness". Other people are different to some extent, as very little of them have the same mind that Naraku himself possesses and as such, something of an understanding of the vastness of the world and can be allies or enemies, but he was still far older than almost all people he had met and has likely seen so much more. Naraku usually maintains a stern, serious, and distant personality, but often loses his temper in a goofy and exaggerated comical style. However, it seems that this anger is the only emotion that Naraku often feels comfortable showing. Outside of situations where he feels confident in battle, he rarely smiles or laughs. This is due to him being raised in a strict household. Everyday having to train and fight under his father's name in order to one day become part of Kou's Forces and rise through its ranks. Being raised like this has led Naraku to not gain many friends as he feels that they are a hindrance that will only lead him away from his true goal.
Growing up his father always pressed him with political, battle, and strategic knowledge in hopes that he would come to be important in the army like himself. However, Naraku could care less about the lower ranks such as the mere soldier, as the only power opportunity he seeked was King of the World. Growing up as a child, he had never heard of one obtaining power as such. Seeing this would greatly benefit himself and it has always intrigued him.
But while Naraku is powerful in his own right, he still actively seeks power, more than the average person. He is far more content following his own whims, allowing them to lead him across the world hopefully to places both new and old, hoping forever seeking novelty and distraction when he’s not otherwise engaged in important matters, likely another effect of his advanced knowledge and time spent training and fighting. There is little that Naraku finds entirely new in the world, and while it has not yet become enough of a problem that he has turned to darker methods of creating distractions, he still craves the pleasure of discovering something entirely new. In this manner, Naraku is actually quite hedonistic. When he is not pulled by the weight of more important matters – such as the people within his life or the goal he seeks. Naraku seeks experiences to fulfil his need for novelty and pleasure, leading to him travelling further and further across the land in the hopes of finding what it is he desires most.
Likes:
Fighting- Growing up, Naraku had always been introduced to powerful children around his age. Most of the time having to fight them in order to gain his father's appreciation. His strive to be the best eventually lead to him gaining a serious satisfaction for fighting itself.
Training- Naraku feels that he is not yet powerful enough in order to accomplish his goal. And that means that in order to do so he must grow stronger.
Killing- Beings are fleeting thinks and Naraku feels that any opponent he faces must be brought down if they dare defy his wishes.
Dislikes:
Stupidity- Being a man of wisdom, Naraku despises those who are of a slow mind.
Sea Traveling- Naraku while powerful, hates the thought of having to travel on the sea. This is due to him acquiring sea sickness. However, he doesn't let this get the best of him. Most of the time.....
Aspirations:
Naraku wasn't born into a powerful family within Kou, but he still had hopes and dreams growing up. Reading books and being told of Mighty Kings that commanded vast armies. Naraku made it his way and swore on his mother's death bed that he would become King of the World in order to usher each and every person into a more better place, but his idea for a better place isn't what it seems. He feels that in order for him to unify the whole world in his image he must first convince people to lose hope and happiness. Showing them that those emotions lead to only pain and suffering in the end and that the ladder should be the true emotions experienced and present in every living being.
Naraku feels that in order to make people follow him, he must make them fall and kneel before his name. If they don't it would be their demise as their life would surely come to an end or they would be beaten to nearly death.
Phobias/Fears: Out of all things in life, what Naraku fears most of all is Death. Having seen his mother take her last breath in front of his very own eyes. Naraku fears to be lying there, in that same moment, experiencing what his own mother felt. He knows that if he dies before the time is right. He may never accomplish his true goal in life and he may never unite the world as a better place.

History: Naraku was born to a simple Kou woman and a simple Kou solder. However, even with their titles, which were none. His family still provides for them as if they were as rich as the Kings and Queens. At a young age, Naraku was tasked by his father to become one of the top Kou within the land. This was something that would be hard for him to do, as his mother was a dissent of the might race of warriors, The Fenalis. Not like most of the Kou children, growing up, Naraku and a tough time in life. While playing, he would get abused and beaten by the other children due to his hair being long and red. Most of the time the abuse being stopped by his mother as she was always watching him.
However, his mother couldn't save him all the time. At the age of five, his mother had become extremely weak due to a rare form of plague. Having quickly come to her death bed. She instructed Naraku that he was to make the world a better place no matter what. However, being a child that was always full of joy, happiness, and hope. He took this the wrong way. Upon seeing his mother die his life had taken a turn. His love for the world slowly coming to a stop as he would realize what his other actually meant. That in order for the world to become a better place, he must become the King of it. Having thoughts like this at an early age led his father to becoming his tutor. Having instructed and taught him many things. Whether it was fighting, history, or even language. Whatever it was, Naraku would always come to master it as he had a promise to fulfill and keep.
As years passed, Naraku would come to feel that his time living in homeland wasn't enough. That he was travel the world in order to spread in fate. Making those who wouldn't follow him, follow him. His name would soon become to be known throughout the many kings. A man who had set out to build something new. A man who was Hell itself.
Role-Play Sample:
There it was again? That noise? What was it? Naraku's head was in the palm of his hand as he rested on a tree stomp. Well not actually a tree stomp. It was a mound of charred wood, mostly due to him burning all of the homes in one of the villages he has passed through. They didn't want to grace the presence of the true king and that meant that they had to be taught a lesson. He would smirk as he would hear the sound again. The sound of a fragile human whimpering as they lay, stuck under the wood as Naraku sat atop it. "There is no use for all of that. Say you submit to my reign as king and I probably won't break all of your bones." Said Naraku as he would come to open his eyes.
There would be a grunt. Pitiful human, couldn't even bare the weight of a man on his back thought Naraku as he would slowly move from atop the pile of wood. Walking towards where the man's head was poking out for air. Naraku would say "Now what is it you imbecile?" There would be a long pause of silence as blood flowed out of the man's mouth, but before long he would nod. A smile that was as bright as the heavens themselves would appear on Naraku's face as he would say "Now that is what I wanted to hear."
