You're gonna need to add more description to that second trait. You need to set some perimeters. For example, what is the max distance which this trait allows one to sense their prey?

Is 15m to big or too small?

Without any inhuman sensory augmentations, I'm a bit on the fence the way this is worded.

Perhaps you could word it like you can detect the presence of living things around you but you are unable to pinpoint the exact location. It's kind of like in real life where you get a feeling someone or something is there but you don't know where it is.

15m might be a bit much for a D tier trait. I would start off at 5m and grow it from there.
