Before I go anywhere, I'd recommend looking at your first two abilities again. You have the wrong cooldowns. Your second ability still has the D-Tier cost.

B-Tier Flight:

Medis Sienų - What exactly do you mean at a moderate speed? Also, with an ability like this you need to realize it's not going to block ALL forms of damage, especially being wood it's most likely going to be extremely weak to a couple of elements/forms of attacking, so if you could put some of those weaknesses down, that'd be great.

Nakties Ašarojimas - The way you described it as "rifts" and an "explosion" seems a little off to me when using Strength magic, but I won't dock you for it if you can't think of a better way to describe this "explosion", but it would help if you could think of another way. Also, this is a D-Tier ability, so it's going to deal D-Tier damage.

Mistikas - This seems fine as is, but you might want to explain that you're hardening the water into ice XD, otherwise it seems a tad bit strange.

Kurčiųjų Kūno - What do you mean by "ranging 5 to 15 meters" it should just have a base range. :o

Kopijavimas Šnabždesys - The concept is absolutely ridiculous, however, you're lucky you have me grading this right now, because I will not make you touch this beautiful ability in any shape, form, or way. <3
