Trait Effect: Vivian, within the darkness, can see and make out figures, regardless of how far they are. The image is not clear enough to identify unless they’re close to her.

There is no way you can see in complete darkness. Even night creatures use (what little) light to see. You probably aren't referring to true, total darkness, but it's important be specific and exact.
