Dat Flying Ability...

This is about the ability that lets magicians fly~
I'm sort of confused about something. So I registered this ability as D-Tier. In order to use the C-Tier functions of this ability, would I need to register it again, but as a C-Tier ability?

I was told that you can use up to the tier you've trained it so you'd prob just have to post what tier you want it up to and train it to there

Yes, you'll need to train the C-tier version in order to use that level of the spell.
