It had been a while since she fought in the coliseum, the last time she fought in the middle of the battleground was with her former mentor and it ended up quite deathly as Adrastos mercilessly killed their opponents. With a sigh escaped her lips, Noir stood up in front of the coliseum and walked up towards the entrance with her liger. She wanted to test her strength now that she had come back to Reim after getting a lot of valuable experience, probably she was stronger now and fighting those powerful coliseum fighter would be a nice way to measure her current power. The man who was behind the registration desk seemed to remember her and he waved her hand to her, signaling Noir to approach him. “Oh! Young missy, it has been a while since you last come here.”

The female magician could see the big grin on his face and he seemed happy to see her visiting the coliseum. “What kind of battle that you want to do today? It’s always nice to see a promising fighter like you to have friendly fight with the coliseum fighters.” Noir then thinking that it might be very nice for her to have more experience to fight alone. That way she could try to learn on how to not being very dependent to her companion strength only and could make use of her power as well. “I would like to have 1 vs 1 fight. I don’t mind to fight any kind of warrior as my opponent.” The man laughed, pleased with her choice and then asked her to wait in the barracks until her name was being called.

She sat quietly, leaning her back against her liger and preparing her mind to be ready for the battle. Once she heard her name being called, Noir got up and motioned her liger to walk beside her before entering the battleground. She closed her eyes as she heard the loud cheers from the crowd, trying to feel the excitement from them and pour it into herself. Then not too long after, they announced her enemy. The gate across of her opened and revealing a woman who brought a large bow and also a feline creature that looked similar with Haku, except it was a white-furred tiger. “Please welcome, the extraordinary skilled woman from Jade Dragon Mountain! She is our fierce lady fighter, Cass!”


Noir stared at the woman who stared at her back as if they was exchanging a respectful gaze to each other for being a fellow beast tamer, then the black haired girl would wait for the battle to begin. Her gaze was filled with determination…

Once the battle began, Noir would grip her wand tight just like how Cass gripped her bow tightly in her hand. Both beasts would look at each other, observing every features of each other and waited until their master gave their command. As if they were in sync, Noir and Cass both commanded their feline creatures to dash while they provided back up by using their long ranged skills. Once Haku and Shae were standing face to face, the tiger took the opportunity to do tag team with Cass by moving behind Haku and attacked him to deal damage while Cass also fired her arrow towards Noir as well. The attack was something that was not too hard to be clashed with, so Haku jumped backwards so he would face the tiger once again and used his Blazing ball to clash with Shae attack while his master, the black haired girl who was standing behind Haku, pointed her wand towards the arrow before pouring electricity in it to produce a lightning whip that was used to clash with the arrow.

Both sides stopped and they both glared to each other with their cold eyes, no words coming from their lips as they continue to observe each other. This time Cass quickly used her magic tool to become invisible, making Noir wondered where the hunter would be. So the black haired girl focused and tried to find the rukh around the girl in order to locate her even though it wouldn’t really work while leaving the tiger to her liger. Then suddenly Cass used Arrow rain to make 20 arrows appeared towards Noir and the black haired girl was not quick enough to clash with the attack so she activated her borg. She stared at the scattered borg’s shard after all the 20 arrows hit it and with a sigh, Noir then whistled for Haku to come back to her side. If the enemy was invisible then the best thing to do was to engulf the arena, so the female magician used Tormenta to produce severe blizzard to swallow everything in the arena besides Noir and Haku. She could hear a pained scream and a whimper that probably owned by Cass and Shae for being trapped in the blizzard that caused them to have Hypothermia instantly.

“Our winner… Noir!” The emcee announced and the spectators would cheer for her, however Noir nodded and went back to the barracks to wait for another fight.
