Hello, just a quick question did you need money before starting the quest to founding or is that due by the end of it?

Each founding will be based off the efforts of the player and what size of country they wish to found. The huang will be broken up into chunks along the chain, which will be custom created for you by staff once you approach them with your intentions, assuming you meet the requirements of setting down the ground work and having PC followers.
