Zai vs Val

Opponent :

The wind blew heavily toward the warrior's face. Val was wearing his usual garments but he brought his slime tool. The man walks down the street, thinking of what he needs to do next. Val still needs to go on the mission Lagi wants him to go on but Val has been holding it back for a while now. He just feels very weak and pathetic, especially when he fought against JaJa. Val keeps revisiting the same event, where he got hit in the head. He was able to survive because he was able to get to the infirmary in time. The warrior realizes that he needs a better defense and better strategy.

Val sighs and walks down the path until he hear a very stranger noise. "AAAHHHHH" The hero looks to where the sound came from. What happened? The man draws his sword, ready to fight. Luckily, Val sighed to see the Coliseum. He looked outside to see that the sun is still shining. Val thinks about entering the Coliseum. He can get some money and some fighting experience. The protagonist enters the arena while sheathing his swords.

Techs Training :

Val walks in to see the room empty. There was a man, with red hair, possibly a fanalis. He threw his hand on the desk in front of the manager of the Arena. "I need to fight someone NOW!" The an crunched his teeth together as he makes a terrifying look to the other person. The person shivered with fear, hiding behind her registration book. Val walks up to them with rage and taps the red haired man on the shoulder. The man turns around but with shock. "Don't worry I will fight you. Its Val Achilles." Val puts his hands out to shake hands with the man but the fanalis slapped the hand down. "Its Zai. I will be waiting, weakling." The man walks away as Val gets closer to the manager. "Are you OK, Sir?" The manager stops hiding and nods toward the warrior. Val sighs as he heads in the area to get ready for the fight.

The warrior gets his swords ready and looks at his hands. This should be easy. Val then looks outside to see everyone ready, however not a lot of crowd. HE sighs as he enters outside to see the host with a dull look. He sighs as he looks at both of them. "Alright then lets get this started. On the right we have Val Achilles and the left we have Zai. Just Begin." Then the host just looked the other way as the two contestants started fighting. The man chuckled as he ran at Val able to reach him in about 2 seconds plus a couple of more seconds to attack but Val was faster to react. He has faced fanalis before, so he knows the speed they usually go at 15m/s. Val thought about his Parry ability, but it is very slow, and it does not block against a lot of damage. The human remembers Lagi's words, "You fight like a gladiator.... improve your skill on your own." Val thought about a wind, as he remembers a time when he learned about this great force.

It was a windy day at Val's village. The sun was about to set but it was a very beautiful view so Val stayed along. As he does, he finds a force that to him is so strong that it can never be broken. It has 2 sides that makes it unique and different. The wind blew across Val's face, that nice feeling of the wind made the warrior smile. Finally the wind showed its other form as it blew across Val's long hair, making a mess. Val looks up at the sky, imagining to reach the skies someday. What can I do? Then he looks over to see a leaf, fly away into the sky because of the harsh winds. The warrior looks up smiling to never see that leaf every again.

Val gets back to the real world, seeing Zai using his Bursting Strike technique, which used a lot of force. In that moment, Val had an idea. This idea could get him killed, but Val needed to try it, even if he dies trying. He draws his swords and points it upwards. He holds them as if he is going to do a basic strike but that is not even close of what Val had planned. As the man starting drawing near, Val started to spin his blades in order to block the attack. Luckily the attack was blocked so Val got his swords ready again for an attack. He used his Faerie Dance as to surprise him but the man uses his Bursting Parry to block the attack. Finally they were neck and neck but Val chuckled as he dropped on of his swords

Val focuses his strength to the sword. This needs to be a good strike. He uses his Psyche to get some damage as Zai gets hit with C Tier as he moves back at around 15 meters away from Val. "Crap! You hurt me. YOU WILL PAY!" The man charges at Val with full rage but to Val's mind this is pointless. Makes no sense to risk your life for this. Val uses his Boomerang technique to deal more damage as Zai gets hit in the body. But the fanalis still is going to try to hit Val but at a very slow speed. "You did well but not hard enough." Val drops his swords and uses Unity Bond to punch Zai in the chest as the man falls back. He cries with pain as he holds his chest to the ground. "Medics please help this man." Val walks over to pick up his swords and goes back to Zai as he is getting picked up to the infirmary "Well next time, don't disturb me or the owners ever again." As Val walks out, he suddenly bleeds from his eyes unable to see but luckily one of the medics helped him. Then he got patched up but he is still unconscious and still needs to go to sleep and rest. As Val walks out, he receives an award for the job he has done. As he walks, he can still feel the wind blowing at his face, reminding him of that day. He smiled as he walks down the street, ending his adventure....for now.
