Jumping

I was wondering how high people can jump without abilities and how fast they ascend.

Then there are situations that change things slighty like can you jump with one leg and if so how high.

Could strong people/races push themselves off the ground with their arms. If so would they need both to do it?


Are our characters good enough to preform the seated jump

or is jumping of that high level limited to abilities?

If you can measure how high they jump, you can measure how fast they ascend. Physics ftw.

as far as how fast they move, it is based off of that races regular movement speed. As far as distance jumped, there is nothing in the rules defining this, though in general we would probably just ask that you be reasonable about it.
