Description: While focusing on the Stunning conduit Hohotaro can create a static charged aura 15m diameter around him that follows him around forming at the speed of 20m/s. This aura can paralyze enemies that enter the area making 2 of their limbs immobile and slowing their movement speed by 10m/s for up to 3 posts.

The aura starts at 30cm from Hohotaro's body and other belongings moving with his silhouette keeping him safe from the effect of the aura.

You may want to create a "safe bubble" for your ability because right now your ability will paralyze you as well since you are in the center of it and it will touch you as well. You can add the something like "in the center of this aura is a 3m area that is free of charge, keeping Hoho from being affected by the spell"
