Notes:
real thing causing visual impairment = Smoke, roof of a building, a tree top or maybe even the shield of a fighter. Though anything like an illusion it won't work on.

Clairvoyance by itself isn't able to send your voice; you would need communication magic, which is a combination of Sound and Clairvoyance.

Clairvoyance cannot obstruct somebody's vision.

Clairvoyance is used to view only; as such, sending/projecting a view of yourself is perfectly fine. The only issue is the distance; at B-Tier, we're fine with it being anywhere within that country.

It would be fine to do surrounding countries/nations with A-Tier, and world-wide with Omega-Tier. An example of this in the series would be;

[This was more of what, i was seeing not obstructing vision] Example. I send my vision to, above bobs house[ His roof would stop me, maybe seeing within his house] Its just about seeing through things like that.

I'll fix it up just a bit, and you'll be all set. As an FYI, Social abilities cannot be used while you are in combat, so you would not need a separate range for it for combat situations ^_^.

I removed the speed at which it takes to get from the caster to the destination; 20m/s could take a very long time to send an image from one side of The Plains to Magnostadt. You may have it appear 'near instantly'. However, after that, you may only have it move at 20 m/s.

It won't be able to show itself through solid objects and the such, unfortunately. Natural impediments will still make it impossible for the person to see it. You may manifest this image within buildings, however, if you desire to do so.
