Asha felt the warm sea breeze against her skin as she stood at the edge of the pier, watching a ship settle into the port. She felt a subtle pang of sadness that she would be leaving Magnostadt, but it was something she needed, at least now. After having advanced into the 2nd Kodor, the stress and overall rigor of her courses weighed heavy on her mind, and she was doing quite poorly. She managed to squeeze "me time" out for herself, and was allowed to take a leave of absence from Magnostadt for an indefinite amount of time to relax and discover herself. Shocked by how understanding the Magnostadt faculty was, she decided to take it upon herself to go off and travel the world just like she promised herself she would back as a child in Balbadd. The finally came to a complete stop at the dock, and the captain was ushering passengers on board and en route to Reim. With her staff slung around her back, and she carried her bag full of books and other important things (read: lady items), she boarded the ship and went off to start her new adventure.

The ship rocked with the ebbs and flows of water, and the constant rocking incited a nagging feeling of illness inside her, leading her to dry heave over the side of the ship until she felt slightly better and able enough to walk around like a stable human being. The people on board the ship were all quite the characters to observe--an elderly couple enjoying what seemed to be a leisurely cruise on the open seas, a Fanalis woman who would sit on the floor of the deck and bury her face into her book, and a young boy who definitely managed to stow away on the ship but the crew apparently felt it was too late to reprimand him for it. Watching these people relaxed her nerves somewhat, and before she knew it, the ship had pulled into the port at Reim. With one proud step forward, Asha stepped onto the pier and looked up at the majestic city of Reim, the sounds of the arena filling the air. Reim reminded her of her homeland, Balbadd, the poor, the rich, the layout itself looked similar to her home city.
"Feels weird to be here even..." She thought to herself, before walking into the great city of Reim to explore and start a new chapter of her life.
