Yes, a person can be a magician and become a King Vessel if they conquer a Dungeon. However, a magician would be unable to use their own spells while using the Djinn Equip. Azix and Zadi are King Vessels, or King Candidates if you prefer, and they are both magicians, or use Intelligence as their Primary Specialization.
