Description: Fulmine Nero casts 1-5 black lightning strikes, which are 5 meters long and .4 meters in diameter, at 10 m/s that causes D-Tier damage to the opponent it lands on. This strike numbs one of the limbs it hits and reduces movement speed of the individual by 5 m/s (paralyzed for 2 posts), it dealt D-Tier paralysis to the enemy. It will travel up to 20 meters away at 10m/s.

Hihi ^_^. I'll be helping you out with this ability.

In the Ability Guidelines, under Ability Classes (here), you will find that if a spell has both an offensive and supplementary effect in it then both effects take a 1 tier nerf.

For Status Effects such as paralysis, (found here), their effects, durations and general capabilities are predetermined.

For ranges, you mention in the description that the lightning bolt can only go 3 meters. In fact, as a C-Tier, you are welcome to allow it to go up to 20 meters away from you. This was the range you had put in the 'Range' of the spell, so I fixed it.

For speeds, please remember to place the speed of the ability in the description of the spell itself so that we know how fast it is moving from point A to point B.

Attacks should always have a scale associated with them if it is a spell. Since the world has 3 dimensions, we normally require at least 2 dimensions to be defined if not all 3. An example would be 'A lightning bolt 5 meters long and .4 meters in diameter.' would be sufficient to explain the imagery of the spell itself. Remember that no 1 side of the spell can be greater than the maximum scale provided in the guidelines ^_^.

As one last FYI, when an ability is split into 'multiples', it evenly splits the power of the ability to each of the 'amount' in it. This means that if a D-Tier had 5 lightning bolts, even if all 5 lightning bolts hit the same target it would only deal a total of D-Tier damage. If a C-Tier had 5 lightning bolts it would require all 5 to hit in order to deal C-Tier damage. If a B-Tier had 4 lightning bolts, 1 hitting would deal D-Tier damage, 2 hitting would deal C-Tier damage, and 4 hitting would deal B-Tier damage.


I went ahead and made the changes necessary to the below spell. If you're fine with this, feel free to yoink it from the code and update your spell. Then, once that is done, bump this thread so I know it's complete.

Am I correct in assuming you are going to skip out on the D-Tier spells, and save up those slots for more effective spells?

Hello Garret ^^
I want to ask about the class, is it possible to have 2 effects at the same time? or it can only have 1 effect?

and for the tier, I'm planning to create some other skills for d-tier ^^
to make it, do i have to post new topic? or just reply to this post?

You would just reply to this with the 4 D-tier starting abilities. Regarding class, at C-tier and above, you may have combined classes such as Offensive/Supplementary. As Intelligence spec, you may never have a spell classified as "defensive". However, if you do create an Offensive/Supplementary, each "portion" of the spell would be bumped down a tier. So a C-tier spell meant to deal damage and paralyze would do D-tier damage and have a D-tier paralyzing effect. For a D-tier spell, you may only have a single Class.

Fulmine Nero: As I explained before, the damage and effect would both need to be lowered by a tier, so it would only deal D-tier damage. You also need to list how long the limb would be numbed for, in this case, it would be two posts.

Lightning Shard: This needs to list the number of shards produced. If it is only one shard, please state that.

Spark: The range can be up to ten meters, but you may choose to limit it to 3 meters if you choose. IT can also travel up to 10 m/s, but again, you may limit it to 5 m/s if you so choose.


For all abilities, please also include the range of the spell from the caster. For example: These lightning shards can travel up to ten meters away at 10 m/s.

Lightning Ball and Electro Shard need to follow the Amount Rules by the ability guidelines for D-Tier abilities:

Right now they have 5-10 and 10-15. D-Tier has a maximum of 5, so you could do potentially 1-5 of them.
