The village was one of the villages that was farther off more in the heart of the Northern Continent, there his people were judgmental they followed the laws and lives of their ancestors to the book. But Aengar had chosen a different path for himself. At the age of 21 Aengar had become an adult his father so proud his mother disappointed his mother saw his ability for magic. She knew that her people were going to waste his prodigy on things like tribal feuds and power grabs and large hunts. So she told him that she would get work for him a year’s work in the village collecting things that would worth value in the Mainland like Reim and Balbadd.
So Aengar traveled around the Northern Continent doing work for people and at the same time his prowess over magic grew an old Imuchakk sorcerer wanted to have these demons banished from his land so he had Aengar come in and banish them so from that Aengar received a Staff and a pair of 2 knives, knives were hand crafted and extremely beautiful. After Aengar traveled home his mother reassured him that he was ready so he walked away from Imuchakk and traveled the Northern Continent but he’s come back to manage the village after his fathers’ death. Coming back he feels is a large mistake but he knows that his father would not want to leave his village to his corrupt elders. So Aengar came back and being the sole-elder he declared a celebration of a new generation. Aengar then dealt with all his village problems. Then elders were replaced and new elders were found to replace them. But the people still didn’t see what Aengar would change so Aengar took it upon himself to change the rule that discouraged him he made 3 new rules.
1. Magic was now allowed and he built a facility devoted to the study and use of it.
2. Everyone was required to learn a profession
3. Leaving the village was now allowed
Role-Play Sample: Aengar’s people grew restless the village was finally peaceful but it was to peaceful these people only knew a life of combat and joy. Not peace and tranquility so Aengar took it upon himself to organize an event the great warriors of the tribe together tracked down a sea beast and the town was going to watch as their Chief Aengar killed it and spilt the food amongst the town. The day was breaking the warriors told Aengar that the beast was about an hour away so he prepared himself. He put on his normal attire and equipped his weapons. As he walked out of his home his guard came up to him and asked “Chief what if the beast overpowers you?.... what will we do then?” * Aengar puts his hand on his friends shoulder and says “The wants it nothing no matter how powerful can stop it.* The beast finally here on the edge of a cliff is where Aengar stood and that is where it all happened. The beast rose out of the waters with its head prepared to strike. So Aengar took to the air with the spell Gravitas Liftus and he chanted * “Air of the world, take hold of me for the worlds land shall hold no dominion over me”* this allowed for Aengar to float not fly but float. Then he made sure to immobilize his target with a field of gravity that would make it so he won’t be able to move so he used Sinking Stone *” May the air bind you so that you may always be constricted to the ground”* Then he negotiated his levitation spell and went in with his knife and cut the head off of his foe.
