Aurora Shield: The Intelligence Specialization does not have access to defensive abilities, unfortunantly. This can be found here.
An Intelligence Specialization ability cannot take advantage of the 1 tier boost for defensive abilities, as they are limited to the registration of abilities that fall under the Offensive or Supplementary class.

Big Auroa: If I'm understanding this correctly, you wish to both blind an opponent and deal damage. This would be a Offensive/Supplemenatry ability and the effects would have to be halved as explained below. So this means that the blinding effect would be D-tier. At this time we don't have official guidelines posted, something I am putting on the list to do right now, but we tend to base it off paralysis. Basically, you would blind an opponent caught in the spell for two posts and their movement speed would be reduced by 5m/s at D-tier. Then you would deal D-tier burn damage. This is if you choose to go the Supplementary/Offensive route. This information can be found here.

For combination of Offensive/Supplementary/Defense, you will be docked one tiers worth from both effects. This means at D-tier, you would be unable to combine abilities in this fashion. If you wish to have a C-tier Offensive/Supplementary ability, the damage and the status effect would both have D-tier effects. If you wish to have the full power of the status effect, you must use a purely Supplementary spell.

Light Veil: An ability can't have two supplementary effects, so you would have to choose between making an illusion of yourself or going "invisibile". At D-Tier, invisibility is actually at Minor Camoflague. This information can be found at the links above which link to the Ability Guidelines.

Invisibility
Invisibility-based abilities can only be used by Tactician Beasts, Stealth users, and Magicians who can utilize the elements of light or water. Stealth users are capable of applying special gels to their bodies and weapons, however these never exceed proper camouflage. Keep in mind these still are to the sustain guidelines above.

D-Tier: Minor camouflage. Still visible, especially when in front of complex backgrounds
C-Tier: Proper camouflage. Barely visible when in front of complex backgrounds
B-Tier: Full invisibility
A-Tier: Full invisibility
Ω-Tier: Full invisibility

Light Angel: While you can create an illusion and say what it looks like, it would still follow normal clashing rules. This information is also in the Ability Guidelines that is linked above.

Abilities Vs Abilities
When one ability collides with another, the results can vary depending on the tiers of each:

Equal Tier Vs Equal Tier: The abilities cancel each other out and dissipate.

Tier Vs Tier Lower By 1: The higher-tiered ability automatically destroys the weaker one and goes through, however the damage it deals will be halved. Eg. B-Tier ability collides with C-Tier. B-Tier passes C-Tier and makes it dissipate, however the B-Tier only deals C-Tier damage due to it being weakened.

Tier Vs Tier Lower By 2 Or More: The higher-tiered ability goes straight through the lower-tiered one and deals full damage if it makes contact.

*Side note: A D-Tier ability is considered 2 ranks higher than a Basic Attack made outside of an ability. Any ability that clashes against a non-ability attack automatically wins out in the clash and the ability deals full damage to whatever it clashed against, be it a weapon or a body part.

Holy Dragon: What exactly are you trying to do with this spell? I don't understand what 'donating' means.

Other Notes: All of the abilities' duration and cooldowns are incorrect. If an ability is to last longer than one instance, it would be Sustained. Again, this information can be found in the Ability Guidelines (Link Above). As this information is quite long, I'm not going to quote it to avoid making this post any longer.

Your abilities so far seem interesting, they just have some basic things that need to be fixed. I would advise reading the Ability Guidelines and System Pages a bit more thoroughly to help you get more familiar with the systems here. I know they are a bit lengthy, but there is some important information in there. Please bump when you've made edits.

Aurora Shield: The cool-down would be "2 posts or Sustain+1". This needs to include the size of the "shield" (please remember this would not be an actual shield, simply a manifestation of light that appears in the image of a shield.) If it "fires" something, you need to include the speed it fires at, the range of the projectile, the size of the projectile and how many projectiles there are. I have included a rework of the spell below as a suggestion, if you approve of the changes, please edit them in. You also seem to have removed "range" from the ability template.

Big Aurora: Sustain would be 3 posts of Sustain+1. Combination spells, like Offensive/Supplementary, have both the damage and the supplementary effect reduces by a single tier. In this case, damage and blinding would both be D-tier effects. You also need to include the size of the spell, the speed of its creation or movement and the range it can exist within. I have made some edits below, if you approve, please add in the edits.

Light Angel: You still have this worded oddly by stating it is purely defensive but cannot defend. If the only actions are intended to be used for clashing, it would be supplementary. Offensives spells are created to deal damage. I would suggest using the description of the first variation of Light Veil I included above to get the effect you desire.

Distorted Space: The size of the spell cannot exceed scale. In this case, it would be 5 meters. By changing that, then if someone touched a wall and created an explosion, the caster would also be harmed. I suggest making the explosion smaller. I have offered a rewrite below.
