Description: While close to her enemy Merzze tackles them to the ground at 10 m/s then swings her sword a total of 15 times at 20m/s. If all 15 hits are landed then C-tier damage is applied. if any less than that land then D-tier damage is applied.

Any attack that splits your attention is not simply Offensive, but Offensive/supplementary. This means attacks that knock a person down and deal damage as part of the ability, or attacks that deal damage and then have you throw them, must follow the split rules.

For techniques where you attack somebody (slam them into the ground) and then throw them, you must choose which gets the ability's speed buff (it cannot be both).

For Lioness' Rage, it is split between offensive and supplementary because you knock them to the ground and then attack them. This means it deals C-Tier damage. So 15 attacks, if all 15 land it deals C-Tier otherwise it deals D-Tier.
