Player Created NPC
As every player creates their own plots and storylines, sometimes, the creation of NPCs is necessary. Many players like to make recurring NPCs, which is fabulous. As staff, we are always looking for ideas for NPCs or would like to use a players NPC to further the story. For us to properly utilize these NPCs, we would like more information on them. Following, you will find a condensed very of a character application for NPCs, so that we have an ‘at-a-glance’ guide for NPCs.
Please keep in mind, these NPCs will be used to either further your personal plot or the plot of the story as a whole. The more information we have on them, the more effectively we can utilize them. There are no word count requirements for any of the fields, just be as comprehensive as possible. If a particular field does not apply to your NPC, or you would rather leave this information up to the staff, just put “Staff Decision” in the field.

- A few rules regarding NPCs in general:
- Player Created NPCs can not kill player characters without the victim's express permission. The exception to this rule is of course, staff run NPCs.
- Player Created NPCs can not be killed without the creator's permission. If the player is inactive, the decision is left to staff. Once again, staff are exempt from this rule and may kill off NPCs without permission to suit plot development.
- Player Created NPCs can be of any rank or power level other than Omega. This level of power is reserved for staff created NPCs.
- Player Created NPCs can only be controlled by their creators unless other players have obtained permission to do so. Once again, staff is exempt from this rule and should be contacted in lieu of an inactive creator.
- Player Created NPCs can only kill enemies in a job if they are a combat NPC fo any type. Regular NPCs may fight offscreen or side enemies that have no impact on the job. Besides this normal NPCs should have no effect on jobs or any combat-related threads unless purely plot with no damage.
- NPCs will not be able to "claim" face claims, so if a normal character would like to use the face claim, they will still be able to.
- Player Created NPCs can not kill player characters without the victim's express permission. The exception to this rule is of course, staff run NPCs.
