This ability has no affect on someone who has either seen someone who has noticed him or a practioner of a skill similar to it. It can also be diffused by someone causing a commotion that seperates the user from the crowd or simple magic that would expose any dark enviroments.

The above can either be a supplementary meant to coat a blade in poison at 15 m/s, or as an Offensive meant to throw a poisoned blade at an opponent at 15m/s to cause the effects of poison. I'm not 100% sure on how Poison works with offensive abilities though, so I need Ari to verify how the ability should be worded if you go offensive with it and whether or not it would have to be a supplementary/offensive ability.

it does no damage, so it is purely supplementary. It does need to be made clear if he has a "stash" of poisoned blades or if he applies the poison at 15 m/s and then throws it.
