So, it will be just like a normal job, except your opponent is another player. Obviously, if the other player doesn't want to role play with you, you can't really do a job like this. There should be some ground rules:

1. State your intent. While this doesn't reflect real-world situations, the idea of a role play forum is mostly to have fun. Make sure that both parties agree on your intent to enslave them before you enter the group/topic. If the player does not want to play along, but you still join, you may not enslave them. For those who would like to provide permission beforehand, just like there is a [death-viable] tag, there can be a [Enslave-viable] tag. Posting in an [enslave-viable] thread automatically gives permission for anyone in that thread to attempt to enslave you without warning you beforehand.

2. You may escape your enslavement by writing another 'job post' where you meet or exceed the word count required for that tier of a job.

3. You cannot 'defeat all the slavers' and 'release all the slaves' in a same tier capture as yourself, however if you are 2 tiers above the job level that you were captured and returned to, you may do so. The places that can pay more have enough guards/strong enough generals that they can fend you off and exhaust you before you could go through all of them.

4. If you defeat the person who attempted to enslave you, you get the exp they would have received for enslaving you and that person cannot attempt to enslave you again.

5. If you escape imprisonment, you receive an EXP reward based on what level of enslavement you were in, however you receive no Huang reward.

Essentially how it will work:

So what do you guys think?

I think if a slavery system were introduced that it shouldn't be set up in a job format. The price you get for a slave should just be based on their value as an individual based on factors such as race, rank, and the number of items of value they have.

As for actually enslaving someone, I think there should be some required investments before one could try to be a slaver. Such as purchasing bindings and a transportable cage to move their "goods" from place to place.

Being a slaver should carry risks and have the potential for losses
