Higanbana studied everything about the other red beasts who just appeared, they were much bigger than them but in terms of skills and powers, it would be hard to say which side was superior. "Time to show what you all got." Higanbana giggled, showing her cheeky smile as she looked forward to see what the others could do. Surely they would possess interesting power by now, just like her...

Higanbana hardened her body, her arm shifted into a mace, and she was ready to fight whenever the red beast came to her. Even though she displayed such a confident demeanor, she wasn't sure if she could win against them. But one thing she was sure of, she wanted to see her father and brother again, no matter what.

As Mya looked on she was not at all shocked at what just happened. As a matter of fact, it brought on a very lovely smile. "Good this fight would be just like any other if you went down in just one single shot." She would say out loud and with pride in her voice. It's clear she has not been humble and even. Most say she has a better shot than her brother at this age.

But when it came to her brother she still had a long way to go.
But she did not care about the others coming or going. She just wanted that giant beast's head as a trophy. After all, she is a big game hunter. Looking on Mya would see what the others were doing. She truly wanted to know what had gotten into them. Were they gonna wait until death came to get them? Or were they gonna go out and do something about the beast trying to end them?

As she looked on to aim she would give a smile. But then her eyes would open wide as she saw the sky change from light to dark. Up ahead she would see four new targets four new lions. "He called for backup huh? That means my bullet had to have affected him. As Mya looked on she would ready her fire yet again. This time aiming for the lion on the far right.

As the gun started to send off a shot. She would say in response to the lion. "Well, then it's all you can eat nope. It's first come first served." Sending off yet another round right at the lion's head.

Battle Notes.
Mya continues to trash talk.
She fires a shot at the lion on the far right.

As the young sharpshooter would draw her gun after a few more slick comments she would find that with as much as these beasts barked, they were just as quick to bite. The one on the far right that had been shot would feel the bullet bouncing off. It dented their steel skin, but the most a projectile of that size could cause would be a welt. "I hate buzzing bugs! I hope you taste better than you fight!" the red lion roared. It was thunder, that was the only thing that could be heard once the creature bolted. It swung its mighty paws upward, throwing the young huntress into the air, waiting for her to fall for a snack. These were human killers, magic slayers, this was not a contest of power, if she wanted to win she had to think like a hunter.

While the warrior stiffened up, a wall to deal with the second strike of lightning. This one was faster, the space between Higan and her foe vanished in seconds. As their bodies met neither would budge, the earth behind the young girl would start to form a hill from the shock that moved from her through the ground. No, there wasn't much she could do about the energy that shook around her armor. It was like the wind, it was like the very strength she carried. The power these beasts held was far beyond that of her own, but years of practice would come in handy.

Their whole lives, they were told they would fight impossible forces, while the lions were not as malevolent they did show a bit of the mountain that they had to climb. In this they creatures were still having fun, playing with their food. This wasn't much more than a game, but if anyone in this party wished to survive they would need to think and play like these folks. Still ti would be grim, as those who stood still in shock would soon find that the waiting ones were not as patient when it came to finding playmates.

The beast was fast it had to be to catch Mya like it did. But was all good she had been through worse if anything. But putting her in the sky was a no-brainer.
As she was good on Land Sea or the Sky. Looking at her flight mode would come into play. As she looked on Mya would be all smiles and there was no time to play around with a target. As she looked on she would be 30 meters off the ground. This gave her a chance to set up her fire again.

As Mya's rifle came into play she would look on with a devilish grin. As she aimed at the wannabe hero. Mya Shadow prowess would come into play. As she sent a very powerful round at the lion and then followed that up with two more."
Mya looked on as she kept her pace about her. She was ready to send yet another shot toward the beast.

She was not at all shocked that the help that came was not of use. This is why she offered to do this job alone. As she rather work hard by herself than work hard with others.
But she was not all too mad as she ready her fire. At the other lions just in case they tried to attack her allies. Mya was not the one to let a single target go not even a little.

The moment Higan felt the impact on her body, she gritted her teeth, trying her best to hold on. "So strong!"

But she remembered the feeling, the strength of the lion felt just like the harsh, heavy wind although this was probably stronger. However, at least it wasn't as suffocating and Higan could breathe just fine. She knew she could deal with this creature, just like how she overcame the wind every day for the past few years.

The white-haired girl growled as she mustered all her strength to every part of her body, then she grabbed the beast's waist firmly before entangling her leg around the lion's leg. She would attempt to make the beast lose their balance by doing so.

"These bugs got a bit more fight in them the others do. One of the lions would growl. The majority of the group would be harassed and circled by the great beasts. Their other compatriots either had to be planning or stuck in fear. Either way, the warrior and the huntress seemed to be fairing just fine. While they didn't have the edge in battle they would both notice a specific look in their combatant's eyes. The lions had a look of excitement as if they were about to play the best game of their lives.

The one fighting Higan would feel the wind pick up around them as they fought. She moved with the force of a tornado, and that level of disaster would be needed to meet the might of the red lions. The creature would swing its arms upward. It wanted to heave her up into the air, making her nothing but a snack to catch. Still, it never worked that easy and these lions have never found people quite like this. "Come on little warrior, can't you be a bit more ferocious than this?"

On the other hand, with Mya the Lion she had been pelting with a flurry of bullets and seemed to be laughing. Each hit would tear another chink in the creatures, armor taking off piece by piece but no shot could land true enough to do enough damage. It was a true hunt though, using her skills and intelligence if she did well she'd be able to take out a creatture that was far beyond her skills. That was the essence of hunting, of taking down prey. It was learning how to outsmart, to outlast, and this was outlasting against a natural disaster.

They could only keep up the violence for so long. The sleeping lion knew this, it was why he rested. With all they had going on in their world, he wouldn't dare waste his time and energy chasing after measly prey. No, someone had to be smart and able enough to stand up for the pride if something bigger ever came.

Mya true to herself was starting to enjoy this game. But as usual, it did not end where it should have and this put a smile on her face.
As she looked on she started to view the beast's body. Was the damage done or was it healing up? Either way, it left a sour taste in her mouth and she was not feeling it.
Soon she would start to dig under the dirt as she was now ten meters under. That put her in a dark hole just how she liked it. Soon Mya would start to move underground. "This damn overgrown cat. If I can't take it out from the top well I will have to go under its belly."

Set in place Mya would now be waiting on her chance to strike. As She would dig even deeper underground. Mya would leave her intended target alone. A smile would be on her face as she aimed for the sleeping lion. "If I take out their alpha all will go as planned. Just what was she planning on doing? Especially being 30 meters below the alpha Lion.
