Personality: Babi is someone who has not forgotten the pains of his childhood. He has a resentment to those that were better off in life them him and this resentment is the reason he has fought so hard to stay alive. He is a fighter who is led by his stomach and the ever growing hunger he has had since childhood. This obsession with eating is not out of pleasure but the need to survive. His survival insticts have been honed since he was a child of the streets and had only grown since he has become a literal beast. He does not want to punish those who are better in life then him despite his resentment but is simply focused on finding his purpose. His hunger guides him a lot and has given him looser morals but he still knows the differance between right and wrong. But his fear of hunger and the dark leads him to doing things he normally does not desire to do. In combat if he cannot avoid it he goes straight for the throat if he thinks he can win but is driven by his instincts to survive so will flee if the need arises. A snake does not try to swallow a lion.
Likes: The sun is something that he enjoys greatly. He likes to bask in its light which is something that he enjoys greatly about the country of Helio. It is sun most of the time so he could just lay in the sand and soak up it's heat. In this vein he can also enjoy shadows as well since when it becomes too hot he can rest in a cool shadow before repeating his cycle and returning to the sunlight. His interest in warmth goes further then the sun though, Babi likes fires or nooks and crannies for the fact they are warm and dry most of the time. THis is also why he prefers to eat his food alive or fresh as possible because they provide warmth to his body, especially their blood and his body does not have to waste energy to warm up after eating something cold. He also loves food as he had never had enough as a child growing up. So he seeks food whenever he is hungry now that he has a new form, which this hunger is constant now.
Dislikes: The cold is something he never liked as a child who had no home or family and now as a monstrous snake he likes it even less which is actually humorous in a twisted sense of the term. The thing he hated probably the most as a child is something that hurts him more so now. THis discomfort is magnified by the climate of the desert country with their freezing temperatures at nightfall. This adds to his admiration of the sun and the warmth and adds to a hatred of the dark. The dark is something that Babi has associated with hunger and the freezing touch of the cold. He does not fear the dark in a manner of most would but dreads the ever approaching darkness.
Aspirations: His main goal in life is to survive. THis is what he has learned by living in the streets and deserts of Helio but also because of the animal instincts he has gained through his snake like form. This mainly just means that he has a meal at hand to sate his hunger where at the moment it is a constant uncertainty of when or where he will gain his next meal. But the goal that is more important to him is to find an aspiration, some reason form him to live in this world when all he has been told is that he does not fit here. He feels like a curse more so anything because of his parents so if he can prove them wrong and find something only he can do in life he will be cheerful.
Phobias/fears: Their largest fear is the hunger that resides deep inside them. Since birth Babi has always known about this hunger, one that has never been sated since he can remember. This is not something that can be sated no matter how much he consumes. This hunger has served as a curse for him his whole life and from this he has a fear that he will one day become a mindless beast that devours all in its site. To him the hunger is not normal to the point he has in his own mind personified his hunger which has begun to make him believe it is a living entity inside of his body.

Appearance: Babi is quite unique in their appearance due to the fact that they are a large snake that varies in their size. The only thing that is not a snake his his head which is a stark contrast to the body. His body is the long slender but powerful body of a snake with black scales with spots of purple spread across with a purple underbelly and the tip of his tail is speckled purple as well. as for his head his face is pale but slightly darker than pale due to living constantly in the sun with a few scales on his face that look similar to freckles. He has piercing golden eyes and a mouth that reaches from ear to ear. His long black hair eaches down past where a human's shoulder blades would be and is unkempt and wild normally. With his unsettling mouth is a set of snake like fangs mixed with human teeth for a startling combination.

History:Babi was born into this world cursed with a endless pit inside of his stomach. This was the hunger that has been ever so present in his wretched life. When he was born he was the first born of a loving couple with the last name of Maru. This couple loved their child for the first few months but by the time he was old enough to crawl they had learned of his never ending hunger. It was not that he never felt full so he would eat too much but that he could never eat enough in actuality. He would just eat and eat which sent horror into the parents, the mother was expecting another child and that this rate their firstborn would force them into the streets.
They had begun to view the child as a baby born under a bad star. That was their excuse for when they abandoned the now one year old in the streets of a city far from their own. The mewling baby would be picked up by an older woman who took pity on the child as she had lost her own children decades ago. But after half a year he would end up back in the streets due to his "curse". He would go through this cycle many times, some were fellow street dwellers sticking together and others weld to do families but in the end all would abandon him until he was old enough to finally fend for himself.
Eventually he would find himself as an adult using cunning and decisiveness to survive on the streets of the cities and towns of Helio as well as the harsh obstacles found only inside of it's deserts. In his mid to late twenties he would come across the magi known as the Contractor. He did not learn of this man's identity or about the magi but he was given a chance at a life where he would have to power to make things better for himself and he took it which turned im into the Apep snake he is now. A snake with a hunger that is even greater than before now.
Role-Play Sample: Hunger, that was all that the snake like being known as Babi would feel as he slithers through the dark and unlit streets of Helio. He hated this feeling as it had begun to make him change into the being that he had feared, one simply fueled by the desire to be full. His long tongue would flick out of his mouth tasting the air causing him to wince. There was a strong sense of booze in the air. He hated the sour taste of drunks but they made some of the easiest targets and he would feel a buzz afterwards which would distract him for a bit. He would spot his prey and grow up to his full size going to swallow the man whole, his midnight snack. The hunger will never end despite this meal. It never ends.
