Description:
    Silva slams his staff into the ground creating a 100m dome in diameter with him in the center of light magic. This particular spell absorbs all light that touches it making the interior pitch black, making it impossible to see any distance in front of people inside it. This can be penetrated by light or fire based abilities of B tier or greater. However, unless it is the same size as the dome it will not completely negate the dark dome. Lasts for 3 rounds.

    Silva slams his staff into the ground creating a 100m dome in diameter with him in the center of wind magic. This particular spell creates raging torrents of wind that rock the whole dome besides a 3meter dome around the caster. These unrelenting zephyrs make it extremely difficult to move around, reducing how quickly someone can move around inside of the dome. This lasts for 3 rounds.

Description:
    Silva spins his staff in a total of 4 times, a beam of light shooting out with each rotation directly in front of him. These four beams of turn into realistic copies of the magician. While they do not make any sound their appearance is identical to Silva’s. The illusions can move up to 50meters away from the caster before dissipating. They dissipate when they are dealt D tier or more damage and can last up to 3 rounds.

    Silva draws a circle with his staff creating a crystal like surface using water magic that has several angles and facets similar to a diamond, emerald or some other kind of carved gem. This is 1meter in size on all diameters. When a spell of light illusion is casted onto the water spell it creates a double of that spell. This effect only works on illusionary focused light spells casted from Silva. Due to the tier of the water gem all duplicates of illusions casted from it can take B tier damage before dissipating. This spell lasts for 3 turns before turning into a puddle and has B tier object durability.

Binary Fission:
-How are these doing damage by dissipation? The method of actually harming targets is confusing because dissipating usually means its vanishing. Are they hitting the target and burning due to heat from the light, and then dissipating?
-Since you have four projectiles the damage done by the clones should be D-tier.

Fragmentation:
-Instead of doubling and redirecting, personally I feel this prism-like spell should split and redirect. So if a B-tier lighting beam hits it, you could split that into two C-tier or four D-tier beams and redirect them.
-I'd like to see a restriction that the spell is unable to redirect incoming light back in the exact direction they arrived from. So if light enters from one side/facet, it must leave through a different one.
-Both of the above things are not hard gradings, so feel free to negotiate if you feel they are unreasonable.
