The time had come to start the final parts of his plans for Reim.  Using Hana to book them a room the Trio of Hana, Yurameshi, and Julius would take the time to finish out the final plans for what was to come. Julius knew the task Connie had set out for him, he was not doing this because Connie asked for it but rather because it fit into his plans. He needed to draw out the members of the Reim council and their top warriors.
His bone hand would stroke his bone chin, looking two the other two members of his party he would start to speak. "Yurameshi, you're aware of your role, use those tracking skills of yours to find the family, once they are found you and I will head out and take them.  Hana, at this point you will secure us somewhere to bring them. "
The two others would now nod agreeing. "I shall set out right away. "   Yurameshi would change into his shinobi outfit and set out to the where the council member's families are known to hang out thanks to the information from Lagi.
Hana would also set out to find something for them to use as a safe house outside this hotel room.  With his partners carrying out their task Julius would look to the rifle gifted to him. He wondered about what would happen if he unleashed it upon the people of Reim.

The trio departed each with their own task in mind, Hana headed out first heading deeper into the outskirts. She had a bag of money and an idea of where to spend it as she headed into the slums. These people were not of the kind she fore saw Lord Julius messing with, but he did want all people to be equal, to elevate them into a fair and even playing filled with those above them in status quo. Within hours she had secured an old ware house where wares were once stored before the upper classes abandoned this place. The transaction was simple, she handed over a lumpsum of money and he the keys to the building. Her blue eyes scanned it and search every inch of the place a noting it to memory. Without a moment to waste she secured the building before heading to her master.

Across the city Yurameshi would be using the detail Lagi had given them and using the knowledge of secrets passages and routes to better plan his next action. Now that he was in his shinobi equipment he moved very ninja like with extreme acrobatics and balance often paired to with cat like creatures. Though he was older than Julius he was not grey haired and achy bones yet, he still had youth to him. His task was to locate this Rex' family, a wife or child would do. This mission was not for the faint of heart and most would see the task evil or morally wrong, this would be correct if the act would be done for vile reasons. Yurameshi knew Julius' plans and dream, the image of the world he swore to bare. While kidnapping or killing might not be the way some would say to go about it, it was the fastest and simplest way. There would be creation without destruction, and Reim had to sacrifice much for them to come out the other side blessed being the first country to experience it's new world. A Country where the people had no leader but their voice all echoed into a singular one were each and every man no matter the family he was born to or money had did or didn't have made his voice greater or worst than the man next to him. This vision Yurameshi had agreed with, he long for it as did Julius. So if his task was to take an innocents life he would not think of it outside of what it was, a needed sin in order to bring REBIRTH.

Finding clues of where the fairly would be heading for dinner after a quick meeting Rex had with another council member, Yurameshi knew the time to strike would be near. Lifting his half face mask up to his face, he watched and waited.

Back at the Hotel Julius stood out onto the balcony, he stripped himself keeping himself hidden away. With his sword on his waist and gun over his shoulder the Skeletal Lord gleamed with excitement. If he had flesh upon his body it would spread it self into a grin as he could almost taste the settings of victory before him. Julius aimed the gun out the window remembering the flames as they had taken over his bones in full. How annoying they had been when Connie had shot him. The detest he had for that Magi, but the eagerness he had to learn all that he could from him, hoping that perhaps he could figure out how one came to be such a being and hope he could too unlock that power for himself.

In due time he would know all the mystery of the Ruhk and how to control them in full ability as the Magi seemed to be able to do. Their magic so strong and powerful! This knowledge would be his one day. When he was strong enough to enter the country of Magicians and take it over and all its knowledge with it.

Julius and hand would link up after Julius spent some time walking in her direction.  After the long walk and they met up at the met point Julius looked over Hana. She had become a fine Magician, it wasn't bad that she lacked other fields really, she was studying Strength magic along with him, so she showed promise.   For now, all the two could do would be to wait for the third member to show up with the hostage.

Across the city, Yuramershi stalked his target like a jungle cat, the wife of the council member was right there. She was all dolled up as they say.  Her hair and clothes are done in the latest fashion for Noblewoman within the inner circles of Reim's highest point of society, the top 1% of the population.
She was also showered in jewelry. To start, her ears had golden metal diamond-shaped earrings with red rubies fitted into the golden molds around them. Around her neck a massive chest wide golden necklace, it had sections to it. At the bottom of the chest wide golden section, there were small single dangle parts like tear shape, each tip of the teat also had small gems and rubies going down it. This was not even the end of it, each finger had at minimum two rings, mostly a golden band but some golden bands with jewels embedded into them.

Yurameshi watched carefully as the woman and her escort moved down the street towards the cart that was chosen to bring them to dinner this evening.  Yurameshi was shocked, even after the last few attacks Julius had done they seemed to not increase the security on the councilwoman. On second thought perhaps they had, the escort with the noble was a Fanalis, looked to be military.  A single Fanalis though, did Reim's smartest and brightest think a single Fanalis would be enough to keep someone safe? Because of what? Their extra strength and speed over most humans?  Yurameshi would disagree, there was more than raw power and speed that came into fighting, his ninja training had shown him that.

Reaching into his pouch, Yurameshi grabbed a pellet, it was now in between his index and middle finger. tossing it between the two the poof could be seen from his elevated position on the rooftop above, waiting for the effects to kick in. "Three, two..."  The two let out a scream as B tier damage would be done to their eyes. This was the Brooding Metal Clouds-

Yurameshi would reach into his pack again setting his hand into his pouch gripping Kunai, throwing the kunai using his Iron Rain moments after his smoke cloud went off. The attack was aimed at the Fanalis who had been there and he was hoping that with the discretion of the woman's scream and both of their eyes sights gone for a short time.

Yurameshi moved from his current spot on the rooftops leaping down with both his sword drawn and ready to cut into someone if need be, but as the smoke cleared he found the Fanalis escort was dead, and his target crawling around.   with a quick jab with the hilt of this hilt he knocked the woman out. With her knocked out, he quickly sheathed his blades and lifted her over his shoulder. With his speed, he bolted away from the scene making his way back to the rooftops and on his way to his student and Hana. Once the three of them meet up Hana leads them to the storage unit.

After arriving at their location Hana looked the woman over, stripping her of jewelry, and tied her to a chair.  Hana placed a gag in her mouth too, and a blind over her eyes.  Now all there was to do was wait.

Job:

All three of them were gathered with the wife of the councilman. Her escort had been handled and killed thanks to the good work of the Swordmaster and Shinobi Yurameshi.  The trio would be in the warehouse Hana had acquired for them the same night. It would do well for a staging area.  The time for waiting had now come to a close, they needed to act fast if they were to capitalize on securing another family member of another council member before security increased yet again.

This time Julius would go with Yurameshi, and the two would leave the care of the woman to Hana.

"Hana, I leave this woman in your care. Be sure to keep her hydrated and alive until we return, if anyone comes here kill them instantly. Yurameshi and I will use the remaining hours of the night to bring our next target here." His words were calm but held weight, his authority over her clear in his voice.

Hana would nod before replying to her master. "Of course Lord Julius, I will see to it."

Yurameshi looked to both of them then gave Julius a head nod to signal they should head out. "Then let us be on our way.

Julius gathered his things and the two set out. Yurameshi led the way as the two would run off using alleyways and rooftops to cross the city faster.  Moments later they would arrive at a venue.  The child of Ophelia was inside browsing at art imported from Heliophat before the destruction of the capital. This had made their value increase drastically.

The two men looked down at the busy crowd waiting for the moment to strike best.  While watching the party below Julius couldn't help but feel the words of Connie gnawing at the back of his mind. "Make them feel what you felt."
How hate ran through the man as the very thoughts of his words. Treating him like some game piece in a board game.  Like everything Julius had done thus far was always a part of his plan, the way he carried such powers.  Using tools given to him by Connie was the right call, they were strong and powerful just like the Dark Metal vessel he had. It's not like he would not use Zoran, so why not use the curse rifle?

"Well, they look to be in the full swing of things, if we wait too long more guards will eventually come to protect the young man. We very well can't go into the crow and just grab them either.  Killing them might be the next play here. "

Yurameshi looked into the crowd and spotted their target. Julius' words were harsh but true. They needed to act, but was killing them really the best call? "Perhaps, or maybe we can force them to come out. I can throw a smoke bomb or something in there cause panic and everyone will rush out.

Julius shook his head disagreeing with what Yurameshi just offered to do. "I think it's important that we cause as much damage and confusion as possible, and I have just the tool. This curse rifle will not only burn and start to decay things with the flames but it will also break fate's hold over them. It will be a great tool to use here in Reim.  I hate that I'm going to use it but honestly, it would be the best thing to use at the moment.  I rather you and I be in a position where we can track the target properly. "

Yurameshi looked back to Julius and the curse rifle. He was not aware of the functions of the Magic tool his student had, or even when exactly he had gotten it.  The young man before him was smart, he figured two sets of eyes were better than one.  While he himself could see through the smoke he knew Julius could not as did the young master. Wisdom was deep in the young man's mind, it made him happy to have him as a student and Lord.  He could see why the Avatar title has been given to him by the people of Kina.   "I see, then we can watch both sides of the building and move as a single unit, very thought out Lord Julius. However, fire will alert our location as will the screams. " Yurameshi looked back to their target as he waited for Julius to respond.

The Skeleton would grin though the effect not as effective as before his destruction of the flesh.  At times he missed his flesh and meat that allowed his charisma to become more effective than nowadays where words would be his only way out. Well and his indomitable power.  The Skeletal Lord peered to Yurameshi as the older man made a comment about his plan as if he had found a fault in it.
"Correct, which will draw in forces here as we make an escape with our target. I'd wager about the time that we get our target the Councilmen Rex will notice his wife is more than just fashionably late, or her guard's body will be found. Before they can even send the word to double the detail this attack will have happened, panic will take place and they will not know what to do first, send more guards to the official's families or mount a proper reaction force to the fire here. They will no doubt assume we are responsible for such action as we have burned things before.  In the time it will take them to make the decision, you and I will be narrowing away to the warehouse.

Yurameshi smiled nodding his head in approval, Julius was a tactical man such as the mind of someone who would plan so far into a situation they had only just come into contact with.

SLipping the rifle off his back, the magician aimed with the Curse Rifle. Looking through the crude sights he gripped the rifle firmly as his magoi began to pour into the rifle, both barrels would begin to glow faintly s the magical darts would form within the barrels. When Magoi is fed into the weapon both barrels glow bright white as both circles activate at once, a dart fills each chamber as the two magics combine. Julius pulled the trigger firing the darts into the crowd. The darts hurled through the air as they broke through the window and flew until they struck an innocent woman. She had been making her way around the gallery to inspect some of the art. She clenched her chest as the pain forced a welp to escape, it bellowed out like a banshee crying out through the night, all of the party stopped and became quiet.  Upon the darts hitting the same target the flames turn black and every living creature they touch is affected with curse magic and burned with the decaying flames. The woman collapsed to the ground and surrounding people started to walk to her to see what happened, like sheep, the humans grouped up near the woman all curious as to what had happened. They hadn't even noticed the window broken yet.

Polonia's guard placed his hand on his spear, he was not making chance with the things that had taken place lately.  Polonia would not seem worried in his young drunken state. "Oh do not give the woman the time Legionnaire, these people will do anything to boost a sell on fine art. I would not put it past them to sell an act to say some curse was with these paintings from Helio. Sell the curse of the tombs and what have you.

The Legion took the words of Polonia to mind, but something felt off. He would start to scan the crowd as black flames erupted from the center of the crowd. They had spread out 1 meter in every direction. All living creatures within its range were also consumed in the flames. The woman who had been originally hit would burn into decay as life left her body, those around her would no be feeling the decaying flames crawling around their flesh as screams began to echo and fill the room one after the other as if someone was doing so on queue.  It was not until the crowd started to scramble that the Legion drew his spear and shield, pushing his back into Polonia's body and backing them into a corner.

"This ain't not skit, this is an attack and we need to get you out of here. " The Reim solder scouted the area again, it was this time he saw the broken window, his hues scanned through it looking for where the attack must have originated from.  Soon his eyes would pop opening wide as they found a skeleton face holding a rifle in red Samurai armor. Surely the skull head was some sort of mask right?  His in wondered if this man was connected to the same people who had been attacking Reim across the country.  This guy did not fit the description of the two magicians who had attacked the marketplace or the port.    He could not risk it or rather he could not risk the life of Polonia.   "I think we are witnessing the terrorist attacks Reim has come to accustomed to having as of late.

The Legion had no idea what to really do, they could not go through the ever-increasing black flames that seemed to consume more people by the second. There had to be another way he thought as he looked around. There! A window on the side of the building across the room headed into an alley.   Polonia, this way and with great haste. "   The young nobleman seemed confused and scared, he was now unmoving as his nerves had gotten the better of him.  His stomach turned and knotted at the sight of the horror before him as the flames did their work, and the group started to fall and regret fate.

The Legion turned to the young noble and nudged him with his right hand, keeping the shield in front of both of them as they made it to the window.  The head of the spear crashed through the class and then he scrapped it around the edges knocking out as much glass as possible before pushing the noble child out, more so throwing him than pushing, but time was not on their side at this moment. With a gunt that said get out the way and I hate this job, the legion got the young man out the window then quickly followed.

From atop the roof of the adjacent building of the gallery Julius and Yurameshi watched as the flames spread to each living person they came in contact with then spread and spread.  " They should call this magic bouncing flames instead of Decaying.  Either way, I must say, the Magi did not disappoint with this one. Though I do wish for the creature to die, and by my hand no less, his vision for this weapon is a picture-perfect finish I think.  I wonder if our target will get caught up in the flames?"
Yurameshi looked to Julius and then quickly back to the death happening in the building across from them, he would be lying if he said that he felt a small amount of pity for those people. He had seen worst done, but to soldiers, warriors on the battlefield, not innocents.  Julius seemed to deem these people just as guilty for the state of Reim than the leaders as they benefited from it and did nothing but live high-class lives from the suffering of others.  They were all guilty of greed, in the worst ways.  Yurmeshi understood it, but it just felt like there was no merit for it.

The Shinobi tracked the Legion and their target rushing across the room, his body stood up as he leaps across the street to meet the target and their protection.  Finally, he could have some action against a long-awaited Legionnaire warrior. He had so far been quite happy with those he was able to fight here in Reim and really test his mettle as a warrior.   Julius put the rifle back onto his back and reached down to his Diseased God Fang and pull it from its sheath.  Commanding the ruhk as he focused magoi throughout his entire body, the circles on his palms would glow and he spoke to the ruhk. "Ascend"  A faint glow came across his armor as he lifted from the rooftop and flew across the street. He traveled at A-tier flight speeds as he did so.  The Armored Skeletal Lord would swoop down and land between the exit of the alleyway and the pair looking to seek its safety.

The Legion stopped in his tracks and pulled the kid noble back, he motioned to slip in front of the noble but he heard the footsteps on the roof and saw a figure jump down behind him.  He was outnumbered, and he knew that if he hadn't seen the second man with the skeleton-faced person that it was likely there was more.  He was only aware of the second man because they wanted him to be aware. Their actions now made sense to him too, this was not an attack on nobles and expensive artwork that had been static to draw them out and focus his attention to the attack.  So they were after the noble boy then? He was sure he could give him up and die all the same as if he fought it out. Not that he would but he could tell if someone was willing to kill a gallery full of people just to force someone out the building where they wouldn't be seen attacking they would have no issue killing a soldier who handed over the person he was sworn to protect.

His only chance was to delay best he could until held would arrive. " Get against the wall Polonia, and hurry on about it. I will defend you until my last breath. Prey help comes before I draw it." He did as he was told as he cowered down into a ball which was perfect for the Legion.  His bending down like that allows him more range of motion from his torso for strikes and parries.

Yurameshi reached into his pouch as he used Iron Rain, the legion lifted his shield using his Block As he blocked Julius flew in and swung his blade at the arm which held the shield, but the Legion was waiting for it, he titled the spear in his right hand and from over his arm came the spear to Parry the sword away upwards.  The Legion quickly reacted both his shield and spear waiting for the next set of attacks.  The Shinobi reached into his pouch once more, this time he would use Storm Cleanse, Julius lifted higher into the air as the explosion would go off.  A loud boom went off as dust and smoke from the explosion lifted into the air.  The Legion had attempted to use his shield to block the bombs, but there were too many for him, so in the last second he leaped onto the noble and attempted to cover them both with his body and shield.  The Legion was gone, the explosive peppered his body with A tier damage . The still warm bleeding body laid on top of the noble who had taken on minor D tier damage due to the Legion's actions.

Julius lowered to the ground and pointed his blade at the Noble's neck.   "You're coming with us. Gag him and let's be off. The Noble looked up from under the dead Legion, that armor and those clothes, these were legit Kina clothing. His mind swirled with the poetical of the Kina people attacking Reim. Yurameshi gave a small jab to the noble kid's neck knocking them out in classic Ninja fashion like it was straight out of some Manga.   They snatched the noble up and head back to meet Hana. Yurameshi took rooftops again as he carried the noble, meanwhile, Julius flew over them keeping an eye out and guiding them to not be spotted by guards and response personnel heading to the gallery.

The three would make it to the warehouse where Yurameshi tied the noble boy near the wife of Rex.   They now had two chips of bargaining to get a council member out here in the open where he could then kill them or kidnap them and draw someone else out.

Part III
Job:

The Trio now had all the pieces to the puzzle, not only did they have Ophelia Polonia's son, but they also had Rex's wife. This was not without purpose, by now guards would and city and government officials would likely be on high alert for the Terrorist group at large.  The destruction to the gallery would be enough to warn of more trouble, but on top of that and the kidnapping of their own son, Rex's wife had been taken. This was to ensure that Ophelia Polonia would feel pressure from other members to handle the matter.

Julius had targetted these two as they were two of the financial members of the council, Roark would have been targeted as well but his ally Lagi El Nagi had asked for them to be spared.  Out of respect for the training of his Dark Metal Vessel, Julius had agreed, much like he had agreed to co-sign with Eight's plans for slaving, even though both of these men's request went against what he had planned or foresaw for the future of Reim he agreed to form alliances with two very powerful men.

With the Removal of either Rex or Ophelia, the economy of Reim would suffer.  Julius looked to his student Hana, while capable of fighting well enough for a new magician and a prodigy, she was not a fighter at the level of Yurameshi or himself. Her usefulness had come to an end here. "Lady Hana, it is time for you to deliver the message. Head out and give this letter to the nearest guard you come across. Make sure you play your part well. They will not be able to identify you from our attack on the market or the boat.  If they do however use whatever means you can to escape and get back to the hotel. When we are done here if you are not in the room I will keep fighting and killing until I get you back.

"Of course Lord Julius, I will be an extension of you. You will, will be carried out defiantly."  The young woman spoke calmly but prideful to carry this out. She knew she would only be in the way at this point for the two warriors. Julius was certainly a capable man. Not only was he teaching her magic, but learning sword skills from one of Kina's Shinobi warriors.  On top of it all, he was even learning how to master the power of Zoran, the Dark Djinn within his dark metal vessel.

She walked over to Julius and took the letter from him then headed out. It would be a while before she would come across a set of guards. When she did, she took a deep breath as she readied herself to play the part of a frantic woman who had been scared out of her life.  She let a muffled cry come out of her lungs as he ran over tears in her eyes, she thought of her brother to bring them fourth. The two guards snapped their attention readying their weapons as they looked over waiting to see something horrible or violent happening, but it was just a woman.

"Ma'am, the Council has ordered everyone to remain indoors, the city is under attack once more. We can see you to your home."  The other guard remained silent but even behind that armor, she could tell he was eager to fight.

"I-I know, but a man in red armor grabbed me. He told me that I was to deliver this note to the first hard I came across or I would find my family slaughtered like those outside the council meeting some time ago. Please, it's only to protect them that I am out here!

The Guards exchanged looks before the guard who had spoken before had nodded to the other. "Very well, please hand it over, and then you can come with us. Any information you have will be helpful.

Hana shook her head. "He said I was to only give it to you, if I went with you he'd kill them all and hang their entrail around my bedpost. Please, just take it and I will return home." She walked slowly towards them waiting to see what they would do, her free hand hovering over her wand just in case.   The guard who had been silent took the note and read it.  He handed it over to the other guard and they nodded to each other. This needed to get back to the Unity Corps right away.

Without fail the two men turned and ran off not even caring about Hana any longer, with them fleeing from sight Hana too would turn and run back as fast as she could to the hotel. When she reached it, she looked out from the window in the direction of the warehouse waiting to see the signs of battle.

The note was delivered and read as the following.

"Dearest Government Lacky,
My name is Julius Plageius, you may know me as the man who plagued Reim with a series of attacks as of late. First I disrupted two of the farms on the outskirts of your Grand Country. After slaughtering the masses there and move on into your most trusted areas I unleashed a swarm of the beast warriors made of magic to kill and disrupt your council meeting. While this might of been enough to get my point across I also lead the attacks of boats in the harbor trading supplies and the marketplaces where many supplies would be bought and sold.  All these were done to show the people of Reim that their Government body has nothing but false ideals for their people.  High hopes had been marked down for Reim when it became a Republic, a supposed place where the voice of the many could be channeled into a few that would carry out the wishes of the people. However, during my journey through this nation, I have found a sea of unnumbered souls destined to die of hunger and thirst and even commonly cured sickness.  Meanwhile, those who were supposed to carry out the best interest of these people fill their bellies of fine foods, wear currency as jewelry, and have to the protection of tax-funded officers of not just Reim Guards and police but Unity Corps and Fanalis Corps members.  The same people who likely see the best medical professions within the nation or even traveling magicians perhaps even a hired stay on magician capable of medium level of Life magic to ensure proper health.   Though who could expect less from people who get rich and enjoy the sight of others typically fighting for a mere bag of coin to almost certain death, the culture of Reim is cancer in its self.   I have come to bring proper balance and equalization to all classes and people, it will not matter who you were born from, where you grew up, or even what you do for a wage that will define you when I am done. Those who will survive will become just that, survivers who will become stronger and self relied not needing a formal government to decided which laws to pass or not pass based on what benefits them, but the true voice of the people to seek power in that of crowd punishment. The people will choose their laws and morals, and govern themselves by this notion that greed will lead to death, and they those who are humble will live on knowing they are passing the best ideals of Reim down to the next generation. I regret to admit that in doing so many will have to die, and the Reim that is today must simply fall.  To show the lengths I will go two I have gone out my way this very night to show the people of Reim that those in power are vulnerable too, it is not just them who may come under attack, but that the powerful Council members only paint the picture that they are untouchable by anyone. To prove this point I have taken the wife of Councilman Rex and the Son of the treasure Councilman Ophelia.  At this very moment, the two are with me in a warehouse in the southern part of the city, for their release I demand the following.  One, that Ophelia comes to retrieve them himself, and two that he does so with only a small party. I would say for him to come alone but then that would give the council the ground to say no deal. However, if these two demands are not met I ensure you that I will not only slaughter both of them, but I will turn them into vile creatures that will unleash what unknown sickness that will sweep across this land.  You all must be wondering why for just a single member of the council, and it is not in your favor to ask why but to do as I require or I will, and trust me when I say this, unleash the sickness I mentioned above. If you think this threat false, I'd urge you to ask your intelligence gathers about the current Plague sweeping across Kou.

Sincerely yours, Julius Plageuis The Killer of Greed. "

While the letter was read on every level of government before being passed up the question and rumors would spread. This would probably not be kept secret or from the public very long. Someone would speak and let the word out. Eventually, people would know that these attacks had been meant for the government and that the people were being fought for, not against.  Even if the word did not get out it would not matter. All that mattered would be that Ophelia would either be sent to him or he would unleash a plague into the crowds of Reim, and perhaps not one but several.

The Skeletal Lord check his hostages, he was sure this would be enough with his promise to unleash a plague to force out Ophelia, and when he would show himself, Julius would kill him. It was all a part of his plan, stepping stones each other them bringing him a step closer to Octavious and the other military leaders.  If he would kill them then their forces would follow suit, they would fight on but with a certain fear and that fear would lead to some if not most losing their will to fight or giving in to their emotions. Though Julius was sure the Fanalis of the Fanalis Corps would have more pride and willpower than to let the death of even their strongest prevent them from being the one to revenge him.  Julius was certain not even he could kill an entire army of Fanalis alone. But that was the beauty of it, he was not alone.  It wasn't even just Yurameshi or Hana, but Lagi, or his chosen name Jynx.  There was also the rest of those he had met along the way. Eight, and his slaves.  If need be Jynx would arrive to give aid to Julius. Octavious and his army might prove to be troublesome but with the teaching of Jynx and the power of their Dark Djinns, they would be able to cause mass damage.

Currently, Julius was certain he could take on a Battalion alone at his current state of power, even without his metal vessel. His Vessel was better suited for close-ranged one on one battles or fights with less than 20 people for sure.  His ability to not use magic while within the use of his vessel was something he could not get around and something that heavily made him weaker in pure destructive power, those he had spells with the Metal Vessel for groups of people they were not on par with the ranges he could make with his flesh-eating bacteria spells. Though that's where his Diseased God Fang would shine.  With a single stroke of its blade and a small amount of Magoi he could plague an entire camp of warriors marching against him, and with the speed of Zoran he was sure he could get in and out with minimum resistance.

"Master Yurameshi, I think it's best if you go into a spot where you can get the jump on the incoming player in our game of conquest, I will make sure they are in a good position for you to make a move. Though I'd imagine they too will be working in a fashion like ours but like a proper Shinobi's tactics to find the be the spot to ambush them and site in hiding until the time is right. "

Yurameshi would nod his head as he using his physical traits to move into a proper position waiting as Julius had instructed, moving out of the warehouse he moved across the street and on top of the west side of the building from the vantage point where he could see most access roads that lead from the Northern parts of town to the south where they were currently awaiting their target and friends to arrive.

Julius would sit as he looked to his guest, there would have been a time where he would have removed his hate and enjoyed a cup of tea moments before a battle but that seemed like a lifetime ago. Someone he used to be. A man bringing justice to the world for having become so dark and unredeemable, but he was the man to do it. Back when he didn't know the assistance of a Magi was true, or that the power of a Djinn was far beyond something he could do plainly. He was curious now what a true Djinn would be capable of and the difference in power between the Dark Djinn he had and those of the Normal sense.  Had lost his humanity and becoming a Skeletal Lord changed him? Was he losing his way on the noble path he has started down?  He had made compromises sure, but he at least thought he was still doing what he would have always done, and that he had not become consumed too highly in the very thing he was wanting to root out, corruption of greed.

There was no tie for that now though as he pushed his thought away on the matter and focused on the here and now. He drew his Diseased God Fang and stood to his feet as if he could feel the presence of their arrival.  Moments later a party of 3 would enter the warehouse. Two females who were clearly higher-ups in their respected Military branch, one obviously for the Fanalis Corps given her features and style of dress, the other a super tall woman who had more mass and muscles to her than any single person he had ever seen. If not for the tight leader pants and clothing she wore he would have just thought it to be a pretty man. Between them the council member his target.

"What's this? This Julius is some kind of swordsman who hides behind a skeleton mask, too ugly to show your real face. A shame I would have taken it easy on you if you were pretty good-looking." Said the Fanalis woman, her voice deeper for a woman than he would like but it wasn't by any means manly.

The giant blue-haired woman would follow up. "What's with that, you go ease on men just for being pretty good-looking. This guy is a terrorist! And I'm gonna kill him!

Julius went to curve his lips but remembered they were not there, still he had acted to do so. Had the thought to use his charismatic beauty to help move the situation into an even more favorable manner, he would even tie it in with his voice that seemed to charm those he spoke to.  Those were gone now. All he was now was bones and a voice that sounded like it had smoke-filled lungs his entire life. Deep and raspy, though some still found it charming.

"Hm, well I would be the first to say that Killing me will be no easy task no matter how handsome I might be. But ladies please rest assured this is no mask, I am what is known as a Dungeon beast, freed from the limits of the flesh.  Do not fret however, I will ensure that you two will be dealt a quick death if you truly wish to test my abilities.  Though it would be a shame to end the lives of two well-achieved women.  Hand over the Councilman and I will hand over to the behind me."

They both laughed as if on queue, the Fanlais woman was the first to move, her body a blur as it moved.  She was quick, she attempted her High Kick on Julius.
Julius spoke the words Skin shield as she made way towards him, this was the command to the ruhk as his left arm rose and the bones under the armor would harden as he scaled it to A-Tier.  Though his armor had taken all of the impact, he wanted to make sure as he felt the armor start to break and crack.  For the moment it still had a function.  Though he had blocked the attack successfully his body still felt the force behind the attack that was strong enough to crush steel.   His body moved to the side as it seemed as if he might fall over. She moved towards the two hostages he had in custody. Acsend then left his lips as another command came to the ruhk and magoi continued to flow through his body. The fanalis woman was wide-eyed at this point, he had taken her kick without anything special, it must have been the armor he worn.

"Well if that is your true face then I do not need to hold back. Be careful with this one, he is a magician. She had discovered that already, with just the use of two spells though, she saw no wand or staff. As far as she knew he couldn't cast with a sword so how was he casting spells? Was this part of him being a Dungeon beast and if so what other oddly power did he own?

Julius used his flight spell to take over the push of the kick and used it to move upwards before hovering mere centimeters above the ground. Holding a palm out towards the Fanalis woman he motioned his lips to smile even though there were no lips to smile.  Be Destroyed were the words the echoed out from the Skeletal Lord as everything within 25 meters of him would soon feel the gravity around them intensify and pull them to the ground with B tier force, breaking their bones and bending the metal around him. Even his hostages would be pulled to the ground, the chairs they were sitting in breaking under the sheer power of the spell.  It wasn't as powerful as a kick from a fanalis like a woman before him, but unlike her kick, this was not a single target attack. In fact, they all had been caught besides Yurameshi and an unknown archer looking for his chance to take the kill shot on Julius.

This would seem like the right time to do so, but the archer did not know if whatever had pulled everyone down besides Julius was lingering.  The Fanalis woman used her natural strength to stand up, it was impressive.  Seeing this the archer figured now or never as he fixed his bow and took aim. The Long Shot flew through the air, hurling directly for Julius who was unknowing of the attack. The arrow flew right into his head, knocking his head back as it made contact. Then the head rolled over his shoulders and landed onto the ground near his feet.

The Fanalis woman stared down at the head as the body still hovered over the ground. The Imuuchank woman joined her as they stared down at the head then at each other then back at the head. It was probably the creepiest thing they had ever seen thus far in their life. Each of them took the moment to recall their memories, they had seen their share of brutal and inhumane fights but nothing as creepy. It was proof that he was telling the truth about being a dungeon beast. All in all, he wasn't all that hard to kill, though that was all thanks to their guardian angel behind them.

This archer who had now exposed himself to Yurameshi, who unleashed his Iron Rain from behind the Archer, dealing A-tier damage to the back of their own skull. Upon impact, they went silent and slumped down.  He knelt behind the dead archer and looked towards the area where Lord Julius had been fighting. If Julius had truly died just then with that arrow, then this was it. He'd return to Hana and take her to Kou in search of his brother. After that, he'd return to Kina perhaps, live out a few more years as a shinobi, and then retire.

His body just hovered there, arm still stretched out towards the Reim fighters, the other arm still holding the blade that glowed oddly with that green color.   The head of his student motionless on the floor.  Was this truly it all they had done ended just like that?

Julius waited, and waited. His eyes and followed the path of the arrow back to the now dead archer who had attacked him. His eyes watched as Yurameshi handled the attacker with a single blow.  The two warriors from their respective corps just stood there taking everything in, they then moved to release the two Julius and Yurameshi had taken.  Whispering Julius gave the final command to the ruhk that he would need tonight.  The command was  Lightning Serpent, with the command given the palm that had been pointing at the new group of four making their way back towards the councilman started to arc lightning, Julius Scaled the attack increasing the number of heads that came from the spell. He did so until there were 4 heads. Each moved towards their target, one per person. The attacks struck into their backs as the lightning arcs from their body dealing B-tier damage.

All four bodies fell to the ground, the only one still alive was the Red haired woman, though Julius could tell it wouldn't be long until she faded into the darkness too.  His body turned to his head as a green beam of light came out of his free hand, the command this time was Healing Wave. The beam met with the skull as the arrow would be pushed out the skull while bone fragments grew back and healed the hole in his head coming together to reform the skull. The Body then hovered over and grabbed the skull before placing it back onto the body setting it back in place.

Julius flew over to the Fanalis and began to chuckle. She was waiting for another arrow to find him, but it never came. Julius watched as her eyes trailed over to the archer's position to only see it slumped over and lifeless.

"Oh my dear, your friend is dead and was the moment he took that shot at me. Foolish, he could of reported what he saw if he had lived but at last... Julius paused and Yurameshi stood seeing what just occured. "I too had a friend watching, a friend from Kina. Most of my friends are from Kina, expect one.  Thanks to you I will now have all that I need to bring you famous little Octavious out to play. I'm curious to see what is strong a Dark Djinn or a Djinn. I hear he is the owner of one.  Time to die. " His words cruel and cold as his hand that held his blade rotated and pushed the blade through her throat.

The Councilman was frozen. Their child was just killed in front of her, shock had overcome her. She couldn't even attempt to take into account what happened. He had been killed how was he alive?

Julius and Yurameshi surrounded the councilman, bond and gagged her, then Julius flew off into the night with her heading to the hotel, his shinobi friend following along the rooftops.
