Finally, it had come, the day he had trained for and had been waiting for. it was time to make this capital of the country pay. It was time to let the members of the Reim council know that their days were numbered and that the days of their greed and profiting off the weak and poor's sickness and despair would be gone soon. There was going to be more pain and suffering in the upcoming hours and days.  There could not be more of an equaling field other than stripping everyone of everything. To force them all to the same plane of existence.  In full he wished to restart this country and this was going to be a start to make the people panic. Panic would insight fear and the fear would lead to distrust within the government.  This grand republic that King Lagi had made.  They were failing in Julius' eyes, and they were going to pay.

He had waited for a few weeks maybe even a month at this point or more waiting for the next council meeting with the mass of Reim's people standing around listening and some outside waiting to hear what is going on with the meeting what was going to change. Which laws or restrictions other small things like regulations and such.   Now that the day had come the Mage found himself within the crowd waiting for the meeting to start.  Looking around he could see there was a vast amount of people here as well and a good number of Unity Corps members and normal police as security.  He was sure if Octvious was about that were would be some Fanalis here as well which made it important that he follow his plan flawlessly.

Pushing through the large he would be looking for an alleyway where there was some trash.   It was not hard to do really, it was a rich city with a lot of people who visited and a lot of liter in the vast gaps in between buildings.  The young magician would stand near it looking around waiting for the meeting to start.  After about 10 minutes of waiting it would start and the people would start to get silent for a moment.   This was a good moment to slip into the alleyway. Moving down into it he would come across a big box of trash leaking with odd liquids.  Magnets and flys buzzing around. Mice and other small creatures eating from the trash.  

"These will do nicely."

Closing his eyes he would start to gather his magoi channeling it through his stave.  It would start to glow through this far down the alley he would hope no one would see it.  Even if they were he was going to make a good lie to get it to seem normal.   Speaking his spells name out loud "Bio warrior"

Speaking the spell name to the ruhk and command them while flowing his magoi into a nearby bug causing it to morph and change into something monstrous once he combines it with life magic.  For scaling user must wave his stave for the tap is stave for the number of summons he wished, In the case, he would tap the staff down 9 times.  this would summon 512 bio warriors scaling his spell to do so.

A the poured out the alleyway and the crowd would start to notice screams of terror would flood the area. The Bio warriors could only move 10 meters from Julius but that was plenty enough to start attacking the crowd.  He'd command each bio warrior to go and strike a different target, women, men, or child it did not matter to him. This was supposed to serve as a distraction for the next part of his plan.

While his monster was attacking he'd take a second as he had spent half of his magoi pool just now.  His training had helped him deal with this which allowed him to quickly start chanting his next spell.  

Each Bio warrior was a large bug-like monster that stands about 3 meters tall.  It's figure changed and morphed into something vile and sinister looking. It doesn't matter what type of bug is used the end resort is pretty much the same. Their form becomes humanoid with arms and 2 legs. At the end of each arm is a stinger that deals D tier piercing damage. The creature moves at D tier speeds and  D tier endurance. Must remain within 10 meters of the caster.

Looking around he saw a way to climb to the top of the building on his right, jumping onto a crate he was then able to scale the building pulling himself up to the rooftop.  Once on top of the roof, he'd look down watching the chaos as his bio warriors were killing and fighting the people in the crowd.  It would take a few moments for those who were security here to start figuring out what was going on, and then fight through the crowd rushing away to get to the heart of the problem.

For now, he would conserve his Magoi in case someone would come for him though he doubted that anyone would even notice him.  After all, no one had seen him cast the spell, nor was he having to verbally tell them what to do.  His objective had been completed mostly. He had attacked the meeting area successfully.

He'd command the bio warriors to start making their way towards the council chambers where the meeting was currently taking place.   Magoi would start to build in his body as he'd prepare his spell to flee. There was already enough bloodshed to cause the fear he sought to instill into the people of Reim.  

Lightning would start to build around his body as he spoke out. "Lightning Reflex" His body would move towards the back of the building away from the crowd and his bio warriors, lightning in the color black rushed over his body as he dashed away instantly moving 5 meters. scaling] it, his body would move another 5 meters instantly with another step now 10 meters away from his bio warriors.

Down the building, he went as he'd jump to the ground landing on some bags of flour left in a cart from a traveler.  Climbing out he would run with the crowd blending in as he did so.   He'd keep running until he was clear from the scene of the crime.
