You start with 2 Trait Points. Enhanced Magoi is alright but Eagle Eye is not, as Eagle Eye is an A-Tier Trait and therefore costs 4 Trait Points to acquire. Per tier of a Trait, the cost of it goes up by one TP.

Find another Trait to replace Eagle Eye which is D-Tier or you can hold onto your second Trait Point for whatever reason if you want.
