Oni-nii's Outrage?!? [B-tier/Job/Repeatable]

Enemy Name: Big Brother Oni
Enemy Tier: B-tier
Damage Required to Defeat: B-tier
Description: A tall, bulky man who covers half of his face with a white and orange oni mask with one horn and it's left eye slashed out. The one visible eye seems drunken with power, bloodshot to his onyx pupils. With a burgundy haori and matching hakama. Wield a sickle and chain with a heavy 3m ball on the end, he wrecks havoc in his path dealing B-tier damage with the 36m long blade or 10m long chain. He moves sporadically and quickly with little control over movements besides his weapon.
Abilities:

• Savage Sickle- He throws the sickle up into the air holding the chain, he then brings it down from the air onto a target up to 10m away doing B-tier damage as slices into their flesh.
  
  
• Snacktime!- The user throws his sickle out towards a target up to 10m away in order to grab onto them and bring them to the user in order to make them more vulnerable.
  
  
• Ready to Rumble?- The user slams the heavy ball of their weapon onto a target location up to 10m away creating a 1m shockwave that knocks back all those inside upward .5m and backward 5m.
  
  
• Enough of ya!- The user slams the ball of the sickle into a target close to them, or throws it out up to 10m away sending the heavy object into the target to crush bones and do B-tier damage.
