-There is nothing about the jobs of the chain itself that reasonably limits it to wanderers only.

-Double check your job overview for typos.

Eat and Rest:
-There is no actual job taking place in this one. Either remove it or replace it with some sort of goal in mind. The characters can still be eating and resting but there should be context that makes it actually a job or task you'd be rewarded for completing. Such as meeting with another tribe's chief to negotiate trade over a meal.

Just a suggestion, but if you just add one more D-tier job to the chain the chain reward bumps up to C-tier.
