Description:

The user conjures a storm which tracks and follows the user. The storm is overhead the user 40m but can be made lower as long as the storm stays overhead. Any and all opposing objects or opponents under the storm are susceptible to being struck by A-Tier lightning if the user so chooses. However, the target(s) can only be struck once each post that they are under the storm and no more than that. The opponents or opposing objects struck by the A-Tier lightning are blown away back 5 meters. The A-Tier lightning does A-Tier damage. The storm is 40m in diameter. The storm lasts for 4 posts but once it has tried to strike target(s) with electricity, it dissipates. The only exception to the previous sentence is if the user strikes multiple targets using hit scaling or hits the same target multiple times with lightning in the same post he first struck, then after that would be when the storm dissipates.

Description:

The user conjures a thin supercharged storm cloud layer around his Shuriken of Storms that lasts for a total of 4 posts. The user can discharges electricity sparks from his Shuriken of Storms that will go as far as 15m, dealing B-Tier electricity damage and 2 post paralyzation when the user performs a basic action. Things struck by the electricity sparks are knocked back 5 meters every time each time they are hit if the user so chooses.

Scaling: For every 10 magoi spent, the user can give 1 of his allies an eye 3m diameter also. An ally given eye acts the same as the user's own eye.

The user conjures a storm that is stationary from where it was cast but its eye follows the user, protecting the user from the effects of the storm. The storm is overhead the user 40m but can be made lower as long as the storm stays overhead. Any and all opposing objects or opponents under the storm are susceptible to being slowed down by the strong winds occurring within the storm. The opponents or opposing objects within the first ten meters of the storm have their basic actions and abilities slowed down by 1 tier. The opponents or opposing objects within the second ten meters of the storm have their basic actions and abilities slowed down by 2 tiers. The opponents or opposing objects within the third ten meters of the storm have their basic actions and abilities slowed down by 3 tiers. The opponents or opposing objects within the fourth ten meters of the storm have their basic actions and abilities slowed down by 4 tiers. The fourth ten meters is the closest area of the storm to the user when the storm was cast while the first ten meters is the farthest area of the storm from the user when the storm was cast. The user is unaffected by the storm cause he'll be in the eye of the storm that is 3M in diameter. The user's abilities that enter the storm are unaffected as long as the user's entire body remains within the eye. The storm lasts for a total of 4 posts. The storm is 40m in radius.

The user creates ​a​ thin armor of storm clouds around his body and equipment, this​ ​ability​ ​employs​ ​the​ ​user​ ​with​ ​a​ ​defensive​ ​armor ​made of storm clouds. ​The ​armor ​blocks up to A-Tier damage before dissipating. It lasts four posts.

- You need to perform an action for the requirement. You could probably just use Stormfall's action of activation (throwing the shuriken and stuff).

- You need to state how many posts until the clouds disperse. Keep in mind, even with this time set, if you use the lightning before the time set is up, the clouds will automatically disperse unless sustained.


- Using the first function, "Stormfall", as a scale to base the limitations of the magic weapon from, the paralysis effect may only last 2 posts.


- I know you would like this to be a buff, but unfortunately, this won't work. Since you'd be relying completely on magic, any action sending storm cloud shurikens at the enemy would not be considered basic attacks.

- My suggestion to you is to "coat" your shuriken in stormclouds. For so-and-so posts, they release lightning sparks. So when you attack someone close range with the shuriken, they'll be struck by both the sparks + the damage which the basic attack deals If you need clarification, DM me and I'll see if I can explain any better.

- Can you be a little more detailed about how you’re slashing? E.g, which direction are you slashing?


- Don’t forget to add onto/change the requirements for this one.


- With buffs, the requirements are usually the action which you perform to apply the buff. They’re not the actual action of performing a basic attack because buffing abilities don’t directly cause damage.

You wouldn't be able to use this move twice (without scaling/sustaining anyway) without a period of cooldown in between each strike.

Replaced Arashi Mahi, added Arashi Kaze and Arashi Yoroi.

- So uh... new revelation: since detecting people n’ stuff is technically its own effect, unless you make the max amount of speed reduction 3 tiers, you won’t be able to include it. I mean, you probably don’t even need it anyway, so it’s probably fine to drop it.

- It may only affect basic actions. Abilities are exempt from this ability’s effect.

- This should be ‘Supplementary’ as type.

- You need to specify the size of the eye of the storm.

You still need to change basic attacks and abilities to just basic attacks.

You're welcome to train it now, but just keep in mind you won't actually be able to use these abilities ICly until you reach A-Tier.
