Intimidating Strength

For the scaling, it sounds like you are trying to increase the AoE.
So for ever 10 Magoi invested, it would increase the AoE by 5m.
Reduce its capability of blocking to A-Tier of damage.

Shell Block

'Blocking with shell only' isn't really a requirement/drawback. It's more of a specification on what happens after the user fulfills the requirements. What actions does the user need to perform in order activate this ability?
Lower it's blocking efficiency to A-tier.

Venmous Surprise

Because 'poisoned' is a status effect, the type would be both Offensive and Supplementary.
Obviously he would need to use his fangs to inject venom in his target. However, that doesn't inform me how Mamoru decided to even attack in the first place. Does Mamoru just attack out of nowhere? What commands did you give him?
Also, the immediate damage would be A-Tier. So basically Mamoru has a 0m-1m range of attack. Honestly, I would increase the range to Short, so Mamoru isn't so restricted in his movements.

For the requirement of most of the abilities, you need to put physical movement for all the skills, for example commanding your beast with an audible voice, or moving your axe overhead to get ready to swing it

Intimidating Strength:
Better put '-' or '0' for the sustain
I would suggest damage or AOE scaling for this ability
For the requirement, add the physical movement that you want to do with your axe

Crushing Weight:
What kind of command that you will say to your beast, you need to put some more detail for this
Id recommend damage or hit scaling
Put the range for your ability, how far your beast can charge

Venomous Surprise:
Describe what your beast need to do before it can do the attack for the requirement, such as commanding it with a loud voice so it can hear what you want it to do.
Id recommend range scaling

Will grade your B-tier after these parts is good ^^

Requirements - How does this tell Mamoru where to aim the attack? There should be a bit more here.

Description - Charging 10m would be a supplementary aspect.

How are you "crushing" the target? Is it a tackle? A flop? Rolling on top of them?


Venomous Surprise:

Requirements - I don't understand why the "paralysis takes a turn" line is here. Could you explain a bit more clearly?

Scaling - This ability can't be damage scaled any higher since it is already at the cap of A-tier(the combined potency of the two parts).

Description - Once again, adding in the charge would be supplementary. Part of the ability potency would need to be split to keep it.

Note that the paralysis lasts only one post. If you want it to last longer, lower the number of limbs affected.

Giant chunks of the terrain would shoot up at those in the diameter dealing A-Tier damage and the Magoi would then be seen escaping the cracks left in the ground as small particles of light. This would leave a meter space where Solomon would be standing of undamaged terrain.
