Update the template of "Vaer"

I used the incorrect template when creating this weapon:

It mentions in the description that there are supposed to be multiples, but the template for ranged weapons requires ammunition. Changing to as follows:

I'm fairly certain I'm supposed to have used the second template. If this is unnecessary, advise me of this and we'll consider this topic null. If it is, I would like to update it as such, with the understanding that I cannot use the updated version in currently ongoing threads.
