Hoho Dance : The range should be “close” because your feet doesn’t leave your body if that makes sense. Also, please remove the 1 A-tier, 2 B-tier, 4 C-tier or 8 D-tier because basically you can dodge even the A-tier attack as long as you are far away enough from the attack. You need to also remove the “range” word in the description too.

Morning Dew : The class should be “supplementary” because there is only 3 classes for abilities, and healing is considered as supplementary ability. Also, the range won’t be “self” but it would be “close” because you will be the center of it and not healing only yourself. For the seeds, you need to mention how big it is and you cannot “penetrate” someone with your hand, so you need to use your wand/staff to be able to conjure the spell. You also need to follow the healing supplementary system too, so if you want to have b-tier healing ability, it will heal up to B-tier damage over 3 posts. Aaaaand, please add the speed on it and I think you are done ^^

Morning Dew: For this ability, each person would not be healed for B-tier damage, as you are using amount rules. Each person would only receive D-tier healing, as you are dividing it up among them. If you wish heal a large number of people for B-tier damage, you would need to make it an AOE. Otherwise, to heal a person for B-tier damage, you would need to touch them with your wand 4 times.
