Assignment Overview: After gaining a good number of follower, The Shadow has found a way to weed out the ones who would be truly loyal to him, a test. Disguise yourself and spread a rumor about the gathering bandits. Try to get them to believe that they are going to be turned in. Those who remain will become the first string of spies of the Shadow's network.
