Heavy swing: This needs speed and damage done. At D-tier, it would be D-tier damage and 10m/s. No need to include "however it can be incredibly ineffective. This could also knock him off balance if it misses." This is flavor text and can be RPed out. Also, detail how the sword is being swung. Consider wording the description as follows:

Mimi grasps the hilt of his Greatsword and swings is (horizontally/vertically/diagonally) at 10m/s, inflicting D-tier damage to an opponent.

Greatsword Block: Needs to include how much can be blocked. Another important note is that it would be used to block an ability and should not include how many people it can block. The "takes time to remove" part also needs to be removed, as it is flavor text. Consider rewording the description as follows:

Mimi thrusts the blade of the Greatsword into the ground and uses it as a makeshift shield. He is able to block either on C-tier attack or two D-tier attacks in this fashion.
