Rapid Blend:

With Liber's ability 'Vanishing Steps' as the reference, we're having 'weapon type' be 'body'. I moved your 'movement' part of it. That would be a speed buff, which would require Magoi Manipulation. Donning and changing your 'costume' to blend into the crowd and change your appearance, however, is a short burst of movement that your speed descriptor can be moved over to.

If you want to keep it as just 1 post, that's fine, but Liber has his as a sustain to last longer. The sustain is necessary for it to last longer than a post as a disguise would be considered under the 'invisibility' rules.

Mind you, if you want to make a disguise technique that you could use indefinitely, you could have a technique with a long prep time (such as 30 minutes), and have its duration the entire thread or perhaps longer; this isn't a combat-based ability, and would follow the idealism behind spells such as my Sound Inscription and Yaku's Ice Note thingy, which lasts IC months. It would be more like applying makeup and stuff to disguise who you actually are.

Simply added the distance to the technique in the ability description. I'm adding this to the approved for training abilities at the bottom of the post, but feel free to change it and let me know if you feel that is necessary.



I approved Slash and Bash, but I would like to make note that if the opponent is not within arms reach of you, you will not be able to hit him with the ball with the current wording because there is no range listed on how far your ball travels (as opposed to when you throw it to wrap it around a limb). Therefore it's my assumption that the ability does not make use of the length of the chain.

Leaping Steps:

Everyone makes these mistakes with jumping abilities. The distance traveled is equal to scale, and since we're using Stealth, the scale of C-Tier would be 5 meters. Since you have a 5 time leap, and the numbers rule has you divide the amount into the scale/effectiveness of an ability, this means that each leap can only be 1 meter. Secondly, and I think this is actually a mistake I have on a both of my characters, range should be listed as 'close' instead of the actual distance you can travel. This is because you don't actually separate your body from itself and have it travel a distance away from yourself. I'm pretty sure I have it wrong on my character as Garret, as well as on Kirby XD.
