Since this isn't just a D-tier job, please add in something more tangible as a "threat" or "challenge" you'll have to face. Right now the objective is a bit too vague and doesn't convey a sense of what really needs to be accomplished in order to be successful.

Is there a student causing trouble? Is there some other factor interrupting their training?
