Name:Ice Mirror
Tier: C
Cost: 20 Magoi
Element: Water (Ice sub-type)
Class: Supplementary
Range: Up to 20 meters away.
Duration: Instant
Cool-Down: 3 posts
Description: Garret utilizes Ice magic to create a mirror from existing water. If there is a nearby source of water, the mirror can be created instantly and moved from it's point of creation at a speed of 20 m/s before being set in a single place. If there is not an easy source of water nearby, it takes a few moments to form. The mirror's effect is normally only on one side, however both sides can be made to reflect images. The mirror can range in size, anywhere from the size of a small hand mirror to the height of a house.

Name: Ice Phase
Tier: C
Cost: 20 Magoi, 10 sustained
Element: Water (Ice subtype)
Class: Supplementary
Range: Self
Duration: 1-6 posts
Cool-Down: 3-7 posts
Description: With the casting of this spell, the user is able to 'walk through' ice. The way this works is that a thin sheen of Magoi wraps around the caster, and as the caster is about to walk into the ice, it utilizes a combination of State Transmutation to turn the Ice the user is about to walk into to water, and then uses Water Manipulation Technique in order to move the water to the sides, and then behind the caster. Once the caster has passed, State Transmutation turns the water back into ice. Since the spell is strong enough to effect a large amount of ice and can be moved from it's original target at 15m/s. Do not be confused; the spell does not move unless directed to after being cast. It is cast on a single target and sticks to that target. It is simply that in it's cast it can move 15 m/s worth of movement from the caster, and may be sustained for longer duration/further movement in. The caster may actively chose whether or not a portion of the spell converts the ice over to water as they move forward, allowing them to temporarily 'create' staircases to walk up a mountain of ice.

Name: Water Dowsing
Tier: C
Cost: 20 Magoi
Element: Water
Class: Supplementary
Range: 20 meters
Duration: 1 post to 4 posts.
Cool-Down: 3-5 posts
Description: Digging deep into the ground the caster is able to draw water from the soil and further underground, possibly from the aquifer directly. Water gathered this way can either take form in slowly rising to the top or bursting out of the ground in a geyser motion, which would move at 20 m/s. The size of the geyser would be up to 10 meters in diameter. Enough water to create a very small lake can be pulled up. It takes 10 seconds for the water to finish coming up if it is pulled up in the manner of the Gyser. It takes much longer to be pulled up via a slower, less destructive means.

Name: Ice Mirror maze
Tier: B
Cost: 30
Element: Water (Ice subtype)
Class: Supplementary
Range: 30 meters
Duration: Instant
Cool-Down: 5 posts
Description: Using a water-heavy environment, a large maze is created, complete with ceilings. The surfaces are reflective and show mirrored images, possibly showing the image of others in the maze even if they are nowhere near the person. The maze's size can be up to 15 meters in diameter.

Name: Controlling the Currents
Tier: B
Cost: 30 Magoi, 15 Sustained
Element: Water
Class: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: 30 meters
Duration: 1-4 posts
Cool-Down: 5 posts
Description: Controls up to a 15 meter diameter sphere's worth of water, within 30 meters of the user, which moves at a rate of 20 m/s. This water can easily halt or push an individual who is moving against the current, or to blast that individual away. The distance the opponent is blasted away is calculated by subtracting either their speed at the time of being hit or their Running Speed, if they braced for impact, from the speed of the water. If the number is 0, they are stopped in their tracks. If the number is positive, they are carried with the flow at that m/s.

Name: Jet Stream
Tier: B
Cost: 30 Magoi
Element: Water
Class: Offensive
Range: 30 meters
Duration: Instant
Cool-Down: 5 posts
Description: Description: A high pressure stream of water shoots from the caster's staff/wand at a rate of 30 m/s. The spell is fairly painful and can cut with nearly surgical precision, dealing B-tier damage to an opponent. There are four beams in all and the size of each beam is up to 1m in diameter but may be as small as .025m, a.k.a. 1 inch in diameter. Each beam alone deals D-tier damage and can be fired with it's own unique trajectory according the the caster's will.

Controlling the Currents
-Speed should be 20m/s not 30.

Jet Stream
-The splitting off into multiple streams and full stream would need to be different spells.

I made the edit to the Controlling the currents, I feel silly for not realizing the speed XD.

The Jet Stream is pretty legit though, as per the Amount rule in the abilities section:

Jael wrote:Amount
This determines the "Number" of portions or pieces within your ability. Typically this also only pertains to spells, but exceptions can be made. Eg. 5 fireballs

D-Tier: 5
C-Tier: 10
B-Tier: 15
A-Tier: 20
Ω-Tier: 30

The "Amount" of an ability may produce more possible hits, but it also splits up the damage. Eg. A C-Tier Ability may produce 10 fireballs. C-Tier damage will be applied but ONLY if all 10 hit. If 5 or less make contact D-Tier damage will be applied.

There is an exception to this in that for D-Tier abilities, all five of the maximum portions can deal D-Tier damage. These only deal bruises at most, and cannot stack to cause damage of C-Tier or B-Tier.

^- My bad, misinterpreted that. Edited.

The casting is split between a 'flashback' sequence and his use in the thread itself.

Jet Stream

As per what we discussed the other day in regards to the difference between 'Instant' duration and '1 post' duration, is it okay if this spell is 1 post instead of instant? If not, that's fine, just figured it would sound better as 1 post.

Controlling the Currents

Running a cleanup thread to clean up my techniques and streamline (Dem puns though) them into the level of strength I'm looking for. This is the last tech needed to archive this thread.

Training Approved,

But note that you can't use that spell to split the water into say, several spheres or to split it in half. You can control a large body of water but it must all remain one body of water otherwise you're venturing into changing the "Amount" value of your ability which is not allowed for other spells so I can't in good conscience allow it here.
