Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must have the Nimble Fingers trait so that the act of mixing and ingestion takes no time out of combat. The user must have their hands free in order to retrieve the ingredients. The ability can only be scaled up to A Tier, i.e. two times. Each use of this ability causes strain on the user’s muscles, causing D Tier pain and brief hunger when the ability goes on cooldown.
Scaling: For every 10 stamina, the user’s speed increases by one tier.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina

The user retrieves a unique strain of hash from their person, mixed with a selection of berries and synthetic scents, before ingesting it. The hash increases the innate effects of these berries, which encourage blood flow to the brain and limbs, enhancing athletic capability. I also don't think fanalis level supplements can be obtained from some herbs and berries. So I'll ask these lose the fana factor.
