What's the dealio with these dungeons?

How do we know which dungeons had been claimed or not? I looked in the dungeons sections and seen there was a stopping point to replies that say whether it's claimed, but then I go to the djinn equip thread and see equips out the wazoo. So I'd like some clarification on this, please and thank you very much.

Amongst all the dungeon announced in the site, only mumur and malphas that hasnt been claimed yet iirc
But the others were claimed by someone ^^
