job:

It has been about a week since the budding architect had begun his initial attempt to spread word that the greatest architect born has blessed this country with his presence. He knew from working as an apprentice that matters such as this could take months before seeing their fruit blossom but he was not as patient as the great architects. This is because while the great architects are patient he was greater than even them so time was of the essence. All that this would mean is that it was now the opportune time for him to take matters into his own hands.

He would start to just walk around the city where the houses were most prominent and it would not take long until he had come across some houses that were all in the need of various repairs. Some due to weather and just nature while others looked like they were caused from neglect of the home owners. He would notice one house in particular that seemed to be in a dire need of love and care that only the one ustad could do. He would look at the building from the outside and could see that the roof had some minor holes that would need to be patched up.

He would frown as he grew annoyed with the people that owned this architectural structure. Even if it was just a simple boring house it still served as a symbol to architecture and was a sign of the architect who made it, a grave marker for when the creator is long passed. He would have to go out of his way and teach these pests a valuable lesson about owning architecture of any kind. He went up to their front door and knocked with a succession of loud, quick knocks. He waited several minutes, knocking at intervals of a minute and when no one appeared he decided they must not be home. Instead of coming back another day and asking for permission he decided that it was best if he did repairs now and charge them for it when they return, he can break in through a window without damaging anything to inspect the inside after he handles the rooftop.

He would nimbly climb up the side of the building showing great skill and ease with such an action. Once he was on top of the structure he could get a better understanding of the damages done to the roof. There were clear holes that went completely through but could be patched up rather easily. There was also some cracks and fractures throughout, but none seemed to threaten the integrity of the ceiling.

He would make some of his own plaster and cement as he goes around filling in the holes as well as cracks. As long as the material dries and does not form air pockets it should be good for the next couple of years especially if the pests take care of it.

This would take a few hours before it was all done and once it was he would take a quit lunch break before heading to the next part of the repairs.
