Dragon's Claw

Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Humayra must be able to use one of her hands.
Scaling: Duration.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:
-- Humayra grabs, clamps down and attempts to crush an opponent's arm, leg, or neck with at least one free hand, dealing D-tier damage and the target is grappled for the duration.

Whirling Dance
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close->Short
Requirements/Drawbacks:
Humayra becomes disoriented(dizzy) if this ability is sustained for too long. Movement speed is reduced to half when using this ability.
Scaling: Hits.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:
Humayra begins a dance of fancy footwork as she propels herself into a whirling spin and attempts to strike anyone nearby. Any opponents who come within short range of Humayra take damage based on the weapon used or take D-tier damage if she is not equipped with a weapon or has someone grappled. Grappled targets are treated as the weapon when this ability is used.

Type: Supplementary

Requirements/Drawbacks:
-- This ability cannot be used if Humayra's movement is restricted.
-- Tight spaces and areas with low ceilings make this ability's execution more difficult.
Scaling: Distance.
Sustain: N/A
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:
--Humayra makes a standing leap. She can either jump 10 meters straight up or move up to 10 meters in any direction so long as this movement is not obstructed.

Lashing Tail
Tier: D-Tier
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: This ability cannot be used if Humayra's legs or movement are restricted.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description:
Humayra delivers a powerful roundhouse or jumping kick to her opponent, dealing D-tier damage and causing the target to become staggered.
-If used in combination with Leap this ability does not stagger but instead knocks the opponent back up to a maximum of 10 meters.

Crashing Wave
Tier: C-Tier
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close -> Short(Shock-wave only)
Requirements/Drawbacks: Humayra must use either a blunt weapon or one or more fists in order to execute this ability.
Scaling: Damage.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 20 Stamina
Description:
Humayra delivers a powerful horizontal or downward vertical attack with either a punch, or an equipped blunt weapon dealing C-tier damage that staggers(vertical strike) or knocks down(downward strike) the opponent. Targets within 2 meters of the intended target are staggered or knocked down and take D-tier damage.

Trait Name: Enhanced Stamina
Trait Tier: D
Trait Requirement: -
Trait Description: Through training or good genes, the character possesses an unnaturally large pool of stamina to draw from.
Trait Effect: +25 Max Stamina

Requirements/Drawbacks: One or both hands must be free in order to use this ability. Weapons held must first be discarded or put away before activating this ability.
Scaling: The grappled target takes D-tier damage each time this ability is sustained and cannot escape Humayra's grip unless they use a defensive trait/ability of D-tier or higher to break free.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 16 Stamina
Description:

-- This ability can be used in combination with Crashing Wave for added effect.

Okay so the scaling is a bit odd, remove sustain from the scaling, I would suggest scaling for duration to keep the hold for longer post.

Whirling Dance: you need to remove the word automatically and replace it with attempting. Also, the person used as the weapon would not take damage from hitting others.

Leap:
Cool Down: N/A <--- change this to 1
--If Humayra enters a Leap from running she can only gain 5 meters of height off the ground but may cover up to 30 meters distance before landing again. The height of a running leap cannot be scaled.<--- No, that's B tier
