Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: The turn angle of the knife cannot exceed 95 degree and the trajectory cannot take turns on the dime. Khalik must possess ample room to throw the side-arcing knife.
Scaling: Haunted! For every 10 extra stamina spent, Khalik can produce another knife to throw. This knife may be set to a different trajectory if Khalik wishes.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20s / 10s
Description:

    Khalik draws upon one of the many knives he conceals on his person before lobbing it at a target 20ms away. The peculiar side-ways launch he gives allows the blade to fly in winding patterns. This technique deals C-Tier damage.



Phantom Pedigree: Strangle Maiden
Tier: C-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: This technique can only be performed against humanoids no larger than .5 m from his own size (1.76 m). Once Khalik commits to the Strangle Maiden, he too is locked in the Maiden and cannot take other physically demanding actions, save for a small array (primarily speech). Those who do not breathe can be immobilized by this technique, but cannot be damaged.
Scaling: Iron Vice! For every 10 extra stamina spent, Khalik can maintain the submission for 1 additional post.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20s / 10s
Description:

    Like a boa constricts their prey, Khalik slithers behind his foe before seizing their back with his whole being. Limbs wraps around the target till their body is locked into the vice of a rear-naked choke; the neck captured in the hook of Khalik's forearm and the waist pinned beneath his legs. Those captured in the "Strangle Maiden" can neither move, speak, or breathe as they are slowly, yet surely strangled to death. Each turn, if the target fails to escape from this technique, they are dealt D-Tier damage to their throat. This submission lasts for one post unless sustained or scaled. Targets can contest this technique with C-Tier strength or higher.

Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Requirements/Drawbacks: Khalik must clap his hands together to use this technique. The clap must be heard to take effect.  
Scaling: Tone Deaf! For every 10 extra stamina spent, Khalik increases the length
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20/ 10s
Description:

    Khalik strikes his open palms together to produce a booming sound that disorientates all those who hear it in a 3m radius, save for himself. Those afflicted are deafened for 1 turn and stunned for 1 post.

Tier: C-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Khalik must can only execute this technique while grounded, but its 'trick' is only applicable to those reliant on sight.
Scaling: Insomnia! For every 10 extra stamina spent, Khalik can extend the distance of their gait by 5m.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20s / 10s
Description:

    One of the many generational techniques passed from Hassan to Hassan. Although it amounts to no more than fancy footwork that allows the user to reposition to anywhere in 8m with swift feet, it possesses an untold 'trick.' By timing this movement to the intervals of the foe's blink, Khalik can produce a faux teleportation to harry his target's perception.

Tier: B-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Khalik must be aware of the attack, he must have stable footing, and the incoming strike cannot be cannot be wider than 1m in diameter.
Scaling: Deadman Walking! For every 10 extra stamina spent, Khalik can escape (dodge) death once more.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 3
Cost: 30/ 15s
Description:

    Khalik leads an attack until, seconds away from its mark, he evades with no more than a twist, a sway, or a bend of his knee. Through skirting death's caress at the last plausible moment, he advances without compromising his position. This technique can evade up B-Tier damage.

Phantom Pedigree: Deadman's Delusion: This has two effects, 1 the dodge and 2 the debuff thus bringing the Debuff down to a C tier at most. However, I'm uncertain how a Debuff is applied? I know you're playing off their perception to decide them but this doesn't apply anything to them, a debuff must be applied through touch, either from damage or drug/magic, etc.

Removed status debuff entirely. I value the defense too much to give up.
