Description:

With this spell the user channels power into the air around them, forcibly condensing the water vapor and rukh into a swirling orb of water. The water is compressed within the orb before being fired in a powerful stream 30cm wide, lancing through the air at the intended target. The stream travels up to 5m away from the user and deals D-Tier damage upon striking a target or object, the force behind the stream being capable of knocking an opponent back 2m.

Description:

The user channels water in their palm before shaping it into a large spear 2m in length, after which the spear is frozen into a weapon of pure ice. After it is formed, the user is capable of using the spear as a thrown or melee weapon, strikes with the spear dealing C-Tier Damage. The true power of the spear lay in the fact that, after it is thrown, the user is capable of controlling its path while in the air. The spear can be controlled in a 15m radius around the user, and lasts for two posts before dissipating.

For both spells I need sizes of the attacks, otherwise, you're good.
