Description:

The user enacts this technique by opening up a wound on their arm, whether along their forearm or on their palm, before swinging their arm in a wide arc at their target. With this motion the user's blood forms into a sharp blade in a shape reminiscent of a flower petal, launched towards their target as it cuts through things in its path, dealing D-tier damage to whatever is struck. The blade is 1m in length and can travel up to 5m away from the user before falling into a harmless puddle of blood.
