Tier: CRikaru conjures a miniature cyclone of slicing air from his staff that can then be wielded like an extended blade. The cyclone can extend an additional 15 meters in length and 2.5 meters wide and can travel up to 12 m/s. The cyclone becomes an immediate extension of Rikaru's staff and on impact, the cyclone inflicts moderate-high damage and larger bruises and slashes to the afflicted areas.
Cost: 20 Magoi

Kagayaku
Tier: DRikaru swipes his staff through the air, creating a 5-meters long blunt arc of wind that affects a cone-sized area in one direction. The crescent of wind acts as a non-cutting force, usually pushing back and buffeting enemies or send them reeling by up to 8 meters, pending on whether the arc is given a horizontal or vertical motion. The wind travels at approximately 5 m/s when it is first conjured.

Kizame Riih
Tier: DRikaru conjures a miniature windstorm around himself to create havoc on a battlefield. While it causes no physical harm to any single target, it can cause a bit of chaos when combined with things like dust and sand as well as serve for escape purposes. The windstorm is able to encompass a circular area of 5 meters in diameter (2.5 meter radius) around Rikaru when first cast.

Nozuchi
Tier: DRikaru momentarily engulfs himself in a swirling wind, using the gust to propel himself up to 10 meters in a single direction at a speed of 4 m/s.

Seijaku
Tier: DRikaru summons a strong blustery gale, focusing it around the rose at the tip of his staff. With the wind surrounding it, the staff is more capable as a melee weapon, able to deliver stronger blunt attacks to enemies. This can inflict anywhere from light scratches to bruises. It also enables the staff to clash with Lightning abilities up to C-rank before being cancelled out.

Tier: DBorg (防壁魔法 (ボルグ), Borugu, Magic Barrier) is said to be the proof of a Magician. It is a defensive ability. It uses Magoi to cover the user's surroundings to block out attacks with evil intentions. It also blocks out most physical attacks and magical attacks to some degree. Its strength, however, depends on the person.

Borg can defend against a single D-Tier ability before breaking.

Every single one of these are far too vague to be approved and don't abide by the ability guidelines.

Range: All the ranges need to be stated in meters.

Speed: Every move needs the movement speed of the spell listed in the description.

Damage: Every move needs damage listed in the description specifically stating the tier of damage and the type of damage. For example: C tier cuts that slice half way through the muscles.

Scale: Every move needs the scale listed in the description as well. This means telling us how big the attack itself is.

Durations: These need a set number of posts and they should be at least one post less than your cool down.

Sustained Spells: If you cast a spell and it lasts more than the post you activated it then it needs to have a sustained cost. The cost of sustaining a spell is half the cost to cast it per post.

Class: You cannot have supplementary spells that deal damage or are used in offensive manners as they are support techniques. On the bright side, you CAN have supplementary/offensive spells which can do both. You just need both stated.

Please use the ability guidelines and redo all of these.

Yaku-san, with all do respect, I'm aware of these. I put a WIP at the end of the title for a reason. This was admittedly rushed last night just to get my ideas in writing until I have time today to clarify and expound.

I will address all of the things you have stated, but while it is a WIP in the future, it would be appreciated if you keep to posting after I have had a chance to finish it.

I missed the WIP in the title so I apologize, but staff has the right to post in WIP threads to point out glaring issues. Unfortunately I can't promise it wont happen again as there are situations where a staff member doing so will save an rper lots of work and effort that otherwise could have been wasted.

For example, if you had a number of defensive spells which are not allowed for magician's.

Nevertheless, I do apologize for this particular situation.

Sagojou:
-If the cyclone is extending from your staff like a blade and it is only 5m long then where is the 15m range coming from? I just need you to clarify if this spell is a melee augmentation or a projectile because it kind of sounds like both, but should be one or the other.

Kagayaku:
-Please note the scale/size of the wind blast and how far it can knock a target back.

Nozuchi:
-Please note the speed at which this spell propels you.

Seijaku:
-The Duration should not exceed 2 posts(or 1 post less than the cool down). Generally the only spells that will be allowed to have a duration exceeding their cool downs are purely social spells with no use in combat.
-Please move the duration cost to the Magoi part of the template.
-Please state the degree of damage dealt and specify that it can clash with Lightning Abilities up to C-tier before canceling each other out.

All of these are approved except for the following.

Seijaku:
-Lose the bit about the damage increasing from having strength. Even if you were a strength spec and swung the staff with all your force you will deal no damage save for magical damage. Thusly, possessing that spec would not improve the offensive power of this spell at all. This might be a bit illogical, but it is for balance purposes to nerf magician's. Lets face it, we're pretty op.

However if you did get a strength spec and had say a C-tier weapon, you could update this spell so it can be cast on anything, not just your staff. In that case you'd be able to add D-tier damage onto your weapon's C-tier damage. It's already a given what damage your weapon would do and adding elemental damage would only improve that. Yay for combining dual specialty benefits!
