[*][b]Skyward Strike:[/b] The Opposing Candidate takes a step forwards and thrusts their spear forwards, catching their opponents and dealing C-tier damage before using their momentum to knock their opponent forwards.
[*][b]Flying Jump:[/b] The Opposing Candidate bends their knees before jumping at their opponent. They swing their sword in a downwards arc, dealing B-tier damage.
[*][b]Sweeping Kick:[/b] The Opposing Candidate swings their leg out and kicks their opponent, dealing C-tier damage and knocking them down.
[*][b]Iron Block:[/b] The Opposing Candidate swings their weapon and parries an incoming attack, redirecting it 45 degrees away. Iron Block can parry up to B-tier damage.

[b]Description:[/b] The Promising Officer is a man in the same league as Jingyi. He wields a heavy ax that he swings with expertise, and it's clear that he's going to fight even if knocked down in the dirt.

[*][b]Swinging Death:[/b] The Promising Officer lunges forwards before pivoting on his heel as he swings out his ax. He spins in a half-circle, and if caught he deals B-tier damage.
[*][b]Shattering Smash:[/b] The Promising Officer raises his ax over his shoulder before taking a step forwards. As he does so, he swings the ax in front of him in a downward arc that deals B-tier damage.
[*][b]Steel Defense:[/b] The Promising Officer uses his ax to knock aside an incoming C-tier attack. As his opponent recovers from their attack being roughly deflected, the Promising Officer lunges forwards and strikes them, dealing D-tier damage.
