Appearance: A simple dark blue cloak with a magic circle woven into its inner surface. The cloak's size adjust to fit the wearer.
Function:

  • Misty Veil - Feeding magoi into the tool causes a thick white mist to surround the user. The mist billows out to form a 5m radius cloud with the user at its center. The mist is cold and can dissipate light magic weakening it by C-tier. The mist also makes it impossible for anyone inside to see more than one meter ahead, including the user. The mist lingers for one post after the last sustain. 10 magoi to activate | 5 magoi to sustain.
