Can you describe the perks a bit better? I'm not exactly sure what some of them actually do.

"Balancing Act" is exactly like a trait that you can learn already. I would suggest swapping that out for something else and grabbing the balance trait when you can.

For "Medic's Eyes"-- the way you described it is a little weird... Being able to see if someone is hurting is pretty common knowledge. Like I'm no doctor in real life but when someone is hurting, I know it.

The perks you have for the Medic profession are a little odd. I would suggest maybe having some sort of perk that allows you to patch up wounds based off your characters tier?

-Drawing attentions via tricks should require a wordcount based on how many people you are attracting.

250 - One person
500 - A few people
750 - A small crowd
1000 - A large group

etc. That kind of thing.

-You can't always know what will make someone smile. That would be metagaming

-You can't just look at someone and know everything about their injuries. But you could have knowledge of how people usually move to GUESS if they are injured and how.

-You can't just heal wounds based on your character tier. If you want to be performing surgeries on A-tier injuries and such you would need to dedicate time to do so where you aren't interrupted and perform a wordcount for each tier similar to the other trait above.
