Job:

Khonsu was nearby to get what he was looking for. The money was in the table, he was in the window, waiting for the right chance to use his staff to catch the little bag. Conscious about the four hungry leopards in the jail beneath him. He gulped. He really hates cats…
“Hey, bros, you’ll not eat me right?”, he asked to the leopards.
As an answer the felines started jumping in his direction trying to get the young man no matter how. He gulped again.
“Nice way to get easy money, dude...”, he said to himself.
He reached out his arm with the staff, the hook shape dovetailed in the round shape of the money bag and with a quick move he pulled it to his left hand… But he lost balance, falling   into the jail beneath him. Quickly he reached out the arm using the hook shape of his staff to hang himself before reach the ground. He looked to the entire jail… But not even one leopard in sight. He laughed.
“Thanks, really thanks!”, he thanked to the gods. “Wait… Where the leopards are now?"
He swings his own body and fell into the ground. Then looked to the cages door.
“Really?”, he asked to himself starring at the broken iron jail’s door.
He walked through the zoo, that was almost empty as the night was slowly falling down. Before long Khonsu hear the leopards’ roars. The brown haired man ran forwards the sounds, and quickly founds the four beasts circling a little group of small children and a girl a little younger them him.
“Hey stupid cats!”, he screamed calling the attention of it to him.
Khonsu prepared and then jumped focusing he’s force in his feet to get a good distance. He fells in the group front in a trying to protect the children. One of the leopards jumped in his direction but him quickly turned out his staff in his front, evading the attack and throwing the creature against a wall aside them. The leopard got up again and come back circling the group. He gulped a third time.
“I hate cats…”
To more leopards attacked him. Spinning he’s staff he evades the two attacks. The third and fourth leopards attacked from the back, but he grabs one of them with the hook shape of his staff and throw it in the other. He laughs. Nice…
“I repeat… I hate cats…”, he said to the girl and the children. “But don’t worry because… This is gonna be fun.”
The leopards keep attacking, he grabs one of them with the hook and throws it in order two, but one of them evades and attacks him frontally, biting the staff, what’s khonsu used to throw him against the wall at his right side. Other two attacked but he stabs the paw of one of then with the far end of his staff making the leopard to retreat, the second was pulled by the neck and used as a living shield, to block the claw's strike of the next leopard. He starred at the beasts with his smile.
“Come at me, bros.”

'Humans... such selfish creatures. They lock up animals for their own amusement. They also treat their own kind terribly and make them slaves. Who even came up with the brilliant idea of slavery?' Ariel wondered as he gazed upon the monkeys in the large cage.

Ariel's eyes widened and he spun around, away from the cage. His ears had just picked up the scream of children, then a roar of big cats. It sounded slightly far away. He estimated it would take him a minute's run to reach the noise. Perhaps if only he had heard the children's screams, Ariel would not be so fearful. However, the added roar from the leopards told him to be afraid. He guessed that the leopards had escaped their cage. The children would probably had nothing to fear- until they screamed.

He sprinted towards the source of the screams and roars. He was pleading to whoever was out there controlling things to keep the children alive. He knew he would not be able to reach the children in time, so unless a miracle happened, those children were dead. Now, Ariel wasn't much into the hero actions but when it came to children, things became very serious - more serious than usual. To allow a child to die without trying to save them was perhaps the worst crime one could commit, in Ariel's eyes. Only someone so heartless would ignore a child's cry of desperation. But then again, there were plenty of those people out there in the world.

With his long hair whipping messily in the air and his bangs crossing his vision, Ariel burst into an open plaza where he spotted a man already defending a boy and a girl. Ariel noted how confident the other was. But considering these were leopards, Ariel decided to help out before the poor guy got killed by over-confidence.

Ariel stepped closer for a better shot. Ariel immediately performed the spell, Krashing Finsternish. He swept his staff across the air in a horizontal then a vertical line. A faintly visible '+' appeared where he had slashed in the air. To perform the spell, Ariel pointed the orb of the staff towards the center of the '+'. Two orbs following one after another shot at the nearest leopard to him. One struck at the shoulder while the other struck near the stomach. The leopard collapsed into a heap as blood pooled out of the creature. He knew it would die of blood loss. But that attack had alerted the other leopards of Ariel's presence.

One of the leopards sprinted towards him and slashed at him. Because the leopard had gone so quickly, Ariel was not able to react in time to dodge the blow. Soon his clothes were ripped and stained with his blood. Immediately, Ariel decided this was a good opportunity to test a new ability he had been working on. He started the ability, Flight. His staff glowed as he began to float in the air, above and out of reach of the leopard's claws.

Khonsu watched the magician’s arrival with some suspect in his eyes. Could be him who let the leopards out? But as he helped the fight killing one of the three remaining leopards, the brown haired boy quickly reminded that possibility. Khonsu watched the magician rising to the skies as he flied to escape the leopards. Khonsu roses up he’s staff and balanced it to call his attention.
“Hey, bro! If you can fly, take the kids from here!”, he screamed calling the attention of the beasts back to him. Looking to the leopards he murmured: “Sorry, but you’re better dead then in a cage, even if you’re cats…”
The two leopards attacked. He evade with the two kids with him. His golden eyes said to them to not be fearful. He was there. He throw the children to the air, forward the other guys direction.
“Come back here, soon, please!”, he screamed to the magician again.
The leopards attacked again. He evaded being careful with the claws. The second anyways tried to get him out with a bite in his left shoulder, but he throws up the leopard with the hook shape of his staff against the first, before the wound being worst then a bleeding. Khonsu jumped, to evade other attack from the first beast. The second leopard tried to bite him out but he blocked with his staff and throws it against the ground, then, the first attacked in a full frontal but it was stabbed in the stomach with the far end of the staff, making him fells into the ground wounded. The second attacked again but Khonsu just get the first by the neck with the hook shape of his staff and putted it in his front making the other kill it.
“That's really fun… But… We have… To end this soon… Mr. Great Cat…”, he drawled, the air slowly leaving his lungs with the tiredness.
He not stopped smiling. The last leopard circled him. He circled the last leopard. Khonsu was in a great disadvantage against the feline. But he could win the fight with some difficulty. The beast finally rampaged, attacking it with the claws. He blocked with the staff but it’s not enough and he was throw against the wall. He took a look to the place. No signal of the children. So, now, he have the advantage. The leopard could be faster than a human, but he couldn’t travel a certain distance so fast when wounded. The leopard attacked, but Khonsu just evaded and waited he reach the wall with his head and shoulders. Using the animal’s momentary confusion to escape, he focused his strength in the feet and jumped a three meters distance going at his left, jumping more three times after reaching the ground in each landing, until he reached the streets, jumping the iron gate of the zoo.
“Well, the kids are good, so, I’m going out now…”, he said, shoring in his staff to keep himself standing with the bleeding in his shoulder and the tiredness in his legs by jumping so many times.

Ariel just barely managed to catch them in mid air. What did that guy think he was? Jeez, how unsafe! It was only luck that Ariel had not missed the children. He could have not been able to catch them and the children would have broken some bones! And then those leopards would have taken advantage of the children's weakness! And then those children would have been thoroughly dead and leopard food. And then he would be blamed for murdering two innocent children. And then...! Well, the whole point of Ariel's tirade was to point out how dangerous it was to throw kids up in the air! It was foolish, among other things. No person in their right mind would risk such an endeavor!

Ariel, weighed down by the children holding his hands, floated down back to the ground. He tightened his grip on the children's hands to keep them from wondering again. He watched nervously as the other fend off the dangerous big cats. He bit his bottom lip, hoping that that the other was skilled enough to deal with the leopards. It would be bad if the other was killed by the leopards for his troubles. It also would be highly unfair to the other and very unfortunate. Ariel would be forever guilty afterwards for not helping. Honestly, he was not up to dealing with a guilty conscience. It would make sense for him to help a bit more if he did not want the younger man to die but Ariel did not want to leave the children unattended.

Ariel turned the children away from the sight. They should not be seeing such violence. He nudged them forward and started walking them away from the danger. To get to the entrance of the zoo, Ariel decided to take the long way around to avoid exposing the children to anymore danger. They crossed the elephants as a result. The children wanted to stop there but Ariel forced them to keep on going. He needed to get the children to their parents. In order to do that, Ariel decided to keep the children at the front gate until their parents came out of the zoo. Hopefully they wouldn't be forced to wait for very long. Bored children was never a good thing and Ariel did not want to have to chase after them because they ran off.

Ariel hummed softly to himself as he watched the two children with a keen and careful eye. Ariel's head turned slightly towards a soft rustle in the bushes. He felt paranoid so he commanded the children to come closer to him. Thankfully, they did so compliantly. He wrapped his arms protectively around them to keep them from going anywhere. The bushes rustled some more and a weary and almost desperate leopard popped its head out. The children screamed again, much to the leopard and Ariel's chagrin. Immediately, Ariel pushed the children behind him and prepared to attack the leopard.

Ariel used the spell Groys Shvarts to attack the leopard. He pointed his staff towards the leopard. His staff's orb glowed darkly and was launched almost immediately. It pushed the leopard backwards and Ariel saw that it was having a difficult time standing up. The man from earlier must have weakened it, Ariel realized. He took advantage of its struggle to finish the poor creature. He performed the same spell, Groys Shavrts, again. The ball of magic hit the leopard and put an end to its struggle.

Ariel sighed and plopped down from exhaustion. How tiresome that had been. His hazel eyes moved towards the children, who had a horrified look in their eyes. Shakily, Ariel rose to his feet and walked to the children. He told them calmly, "Now we wait,"
