Walk I: If you move 15 meters per dash, you would only be able to dash once. If you intend to break it into 4 steps, the total distance moved cannot exceed 15 meters, so you would need to state how much distance is covered by each step.

Approved for training, remember that as you're actually grabbing the enemy you would only be able to immobilize two limbs as long as you sustain it unless you change the wording saying you step on their feet too.
